Welcome to The Caldwell, a Germantown/Highland area home that includes three bedrooms, one and half bathrooms and sleeps up to five people. Perfect home and location to explore and enjoy Louisville. Spotless and comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen. The backyard made our first trip with our dog very easy. Dinner at Hammerheads, walking distance, was delicious and walking the Big Four Bridge at night was fun. I would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Super cute house!!! Very quiet neighborhood with a few shops and restaurants close walking distance. The host Scott was easily reachable to answer any questions!!! Great backyard for pets as well!!! Our group of four stayed Monday through Friday and the warmest it ever got was 39. The heat in this house was absolutely amazing. The house was fully stopped and ready for our stay. I was overly impressed with the amount of quality cookware!! literally there was everything you need if you didn’t want to leave the house!!

The Peaceful Caldwell

The Caldwell was in a very quiet neighborhood. It had everything that we needed to make our stay stress free. There is a small restaurant, literally half a block away, called Hammerheads. The restaurant staff is wonderful and the food top notch. Our stay was perfect.
