Welcome to The Caldwell, a Germantown/Highland area home that includes three bedrooms, one and half bathrooms and sleeps up to five people. The home is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, retail and vintage stores, and entertainment venues including the Germantown Gables, Logan Street Market and Old Forester’s Paristown Hall.

The home features a covered deck, a fenced-in yard as well as home gym.

Loved this property! Beautiful home that is well taken care of by the owner. Convenient location in a wonderful neighborhood. Enjoyed the walks to Hammerhead and Seidenfaden's.Home has very comfortable beds and furniture throughout. The back deck was wonderful to relax on after a long day of driving and golf.Host is very responsive and welcoming!

Perfect home and location to explore and enjoy Louisville. Spotless and comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen. The backyard made our first trip with our dog very easy. Dinner at Hammerheads, walking distance, was delicious and walking the Big Four Bridge at night was fun. I would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Perfect stay!!!
