Pool and Hot Tub Policies
Hot tub heated free of charge; pool heating available for an additional fee of $150 per day (requires 24 hours notice). Pool temperature ranges between 83-85 degrees when heated. Please contact the host.
Pet Policy
This home is dog-friendly.
Number of Dogs: A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.
Fee: $100 per dog for the entire stay.
Responsibility: Properly curbing (picking up after) the dogs is required.
Guest Verification Requirement
Per our agreement with our homeowners, we require guests to verify their identity to confirm a reservation. A verification link will be sent via Guest Ranger from a 415 area code. Completing this process is necessary to secure your booking. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.
