Great house for a big group

We had 3 generations staying and it was a wonderful home for our needs! Loved the ping pong table in the garage and the layout was great for those that couldn’t handle stairs. Our only suggestions are more baking trays and more glass dishes like Pyrex baking dishes. When cooking for a large group we had to wash things in the middle of cooking since there were only two of each. Also- which may be a Casacara issue, there were lots of extra pillows, but no extra pillow cases and only one towel per person and less wash clothes/hand towels. Even just a few extra would have been appreciated. Overall, wonderful home. Thanks for letting us stay!

16 Poplar is a perfect house for large families. Plenty of bedrooms, nice open living and kitchen area. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood, and yet close to Fort Rock Park, Sharc, and Village. Yes, it was great for our family!!!

Great for an extended family

This was a well-kept (beautiful!) home and the house was able to accommodate our 3-generation family with ease. Bikes and ping-pong were an especially great opportunity for shared activities and fun, as well as time spent shopping and at the water park. Would highly recommend this home for a family gathering.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our entire family, our children and their families, gathered in one house together. This was the perfect house. Lots of room to gather, and to get away individually. We really appreciated the personal touches that made this house more like a home. Super easy check in. Clean and well equipped. Close to everything we wanted to do. The Shark passes were very appreciated and used every day!

We stayed in this house for the whole spring break. We really liked it because the house had everything we needed and a lot of space there. In general, the house is clean, pleasant wooden interior and many sleeping places. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your home.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

This house was by far the best home we have stayed in at Sun River. We have been there around 13 times...stopped counting, and truly loved this home. I would say comfortable is the best way to describe this home. Never slept so good on vacation!!

Multi-family Hide Away

There were 3 families that shares this location with 5 boys, (4 little and 1 teen) the configuration of rooms worked really well with our needs. Nice relaxing location with activities near by. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home!

This home was well stocked and very comfortable. The Sharc passes and ping pong were wonderful for the kids. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time with family

The home was everything we needed it to be. It fit our needs very well. The Jacuzzi stopped working, we called the number provided and they were out very quickly. Although it did stop working again the last night. The crew is very responsive on any needs and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very clean, and the kitchen surprisingly well stocked. When I had a question, it was very easy to reach the property management and get resolution. I would love to stay here again when the wildfire smoke is no longer present and activities are more accessible.

Great family retreat

We had the best time with our large group of 12! The SHARC passes made all the kids happy and the access to trails and the park were great. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals at our home away from home. Perfect for our group and we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Top rental for family with 3 teenagers.

In all my years of renting at Sunriver this home is in my top 3. Having 3 teenagers space is gold and this home is setup very well to allow everyone to not only have their own space but also works well for everyone to gather around the fire and watch a movie. This home also allowed me to continue to "work from home" with its 5th bedroom which was critical during this trip. Some suggestions for improvement: - place "room darkening" blinds on east side of home to help with sunrise light for folks who want to sleep in. - upgrade the modem so guests can experience stronger wi-fi thoughout the home. - advise Cascara Rental to update their key "check in/check out" to a more progressive electronic system as handling physical keys is cumbersome and lends to losing or misplacing them. Again - phenomenal home and use of space....I will definitely rent again!

Beautiful cozy house

We had a wonderful time at this house. We loved all the wood details. Comfortable beds/furniture and a well stocked kitchen with plenty of storage. We also enjoyed many card games around the Xtra large table. The only bummer was that the hot tub somehow tripped off during one of the nights and never made it back up to temp for our last day there. Otherwise we had a great time and made lots of memories in the snow.

Family fun in Sunriver

This house is in a good location. Very close to the Sharc with 10 passes that work for tennis courts and just 2 miles from the village! It was also close to the golf course on the north end! The home accommodated our group of 10! The living areas were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare 3 meals a day for the week. We had a few issues but that was quickly resolved by the management company! They were very easy to work with! There was plenty of parking for our extra cars! Big pluses for our grandkids was the hot tub, ping pong table and boom box in the garage! They played every evening! They even organized a family tournament! We will rent again!
