Welcome to your Sunriver retreat, where comfort, care, and connection come first. This thoughtfully prepared 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed to help families slow down, settle in, and enjoy meaningful time together.

The living room is a cozy gathering space, perfect for reconnecting after a day of adventure. Curl up beside the gas fireplace or take in peaceful forest views through the floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in.

The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy and enjoyable, whether you are preparing a big family meal or quick snacks between activities. Just steps away, the dining room invites everyone to gather, linger, and share stories around the table.

The main-level king suite is a private sanctuary, offering a restful escape with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and separate shower. It is an ideal retreat for parents or grandparents.

Downstairs offers two bedrooms for additional guests. The queen bedroom, with its own ensuite bathroom and smart TV, creates a comfortable and quiet space for guests to unwind at the end of the day. Perfect for kids, the pyramid bunk room provides a fun and cozy sleeping setup along with its own smart TV, making it a favorite spot for movie nights and downtime.

Step outside to enjoy fresh mountain air from your private outdoor space. Relax in the hot tub, fire up the gas BBQ for family meals, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings.

With air conditioning for warm summer days and cozy touches throughout the home, comfort is thoughtfully considered in every season.

When adventure calls, hop on one of the four adult bikes provided and explore everything Sunriver has to offer. Located near the ball fields, playground, and Fort Rock Park, 2 Beech Lane is perfectly positioned for family fun and lasting memories.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Overall the place was okIt’s pretty dated and has a stuffy damp smell. I’d say the worse part of our stay and ruined the feeling of cleanliness and safe to use towels and bedding was Saturday morning grabbing a towel off the towel rack to dry off after taking a shower and the towel was BLOOD stained!!! It was in multiple places and zero chance the person folding the towel couldn’t see it! It was absolutely disgusting and terrifying. I notified the property management, he was very apologetic and did allow us to come grab 4 towels from him at the office that was a good 15 minute drive from the house and gave us a 50 giftcard to sunriver brewing. Which was nice but didn’t really makes us feel better. We all felt really disgusted and we left early early the next morning without showeringThe pictures I have attached DO NOT do justice to how bad it really was!

Comfortable home, well equipped with all kitchen necessities. Hot tub was so relaxing. Bikes were great to use. Beds were comfortable. Communication was easy. Overall great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Adventure Getaway

We enjoyed staying at 2 Beech Ln in Sunriver! It was the perfect house to accommodate my partner and I and two of our best friends as we hiked South Sister and explored Bend. I would definitely consider staying here again and bringing more friends! There was plenty of room!

A week at the Beech

The house was pleasant enough, but the devils are in the details of course. - when we arrived there was a leak under the kitchen sink, and maintenance came immediately to fix it. Thank you. - you should absolutely install a vertical grab bar on the back wall of the master bath. We are 2 very athletic and active seniors and is dangerous getting in and out of tub 20" high. - All the nightstand lighting is too dim to read in bed with, and the downstairs bedroom nightstands and lamps are way too low. - Cooking on the induction stove top was a good learning, and the quality of pots and pans was very good. - All in all we enjoyed the house...thank you

Refrigerator outdated no ice or water dispenser outdoor furniture was trash in front needs to be replaced and thrown out location and price were good
