Esta es una casa familiar con la mejor ubicación que Newport tiene para ofrecer. Dos unidades para elegir, superior o inferior. ¡Ambas unidades completamente amuebladas para su comodidad!
--- Unidad inferior de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, ¡solo una casa del océano! Gran patio al aire libre con barbacoa para asar al aire libre mientras disfruta del hermoso clima de verano en la playa.
Esta casa no está frente a la playa. Solo hay una casa frente a la nuestra antes del paseo marítimo y la playa, lo que ofrece a nuestra unidad un poco más de privacidad al estar justo en el paseo marítimo.

Hay un parque ubicado junto al paseo marítimo para que los niños disfruten.

La ubicación permite caminar de inmediato a la playa, senderos para bicicletas, varios restaurantes y bares, el muelle Balboa, el ferry a la isla Balboa, el Flyer Catalina y las compras en el área de Balboa Village. ¡Realmente no podrías pedir una ubicación más céntrica!

¡Tenemos WIFI de alta velocidad! Cuenta con televisores de pantalla plana, televisión por cable, cocina y electrodomésticos renovados, una chimenea y una nueva decoración fresca. La casa cuenta con un agradable plano de planta abierto que abarca la cocina, la terraza y el comedor. Perfecto para el entretenimiento! La cocina cuenta con hermosas encimeras, un nuevo microondas, una nueva nevera, un nuevo lavavajillas y todo lo que necesita para cocinar "en casa". .

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, ventilador de techo, armario y baño adyacente. El segundo tiene una cama de tamaño completo con una cama nido doble. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen.

Lavadora y secadora en el garaje para cada unidad.

Sillas de playa, sombrillas y toallas de playa disponibles para uso de los huéspedes.

¿Estacionamiento?...¡¡No hay problema!! Hay un garaje compartido, por lo que cada unidad tiene un lugar de estacionamiento en el garaje. Autos extra? Tenga en cuenta que la playa está muy concurrida, pero si hay un lugar abierto, hay estacionamiento gratuito frente a la casa (sin metros). También hay dos estacionamientos en la playa detrás de la casa en los que puede estacionar por una tarifa.

Las mascotas pequeñas son bienvenidas, pero se recomienda a los huéspedes que limpien después de su mascota para evitar cualquier violación del código de la ciudad. Se requerirá una tarifa de limpieza adicional de $ 50 para nuestro equipo de limpieza.

The host was absolutely wonderful accommodating our last minute weekend getaway. This home is perfectly conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and Balboa Island. I 100% recommend and would stay here again. Quiet, quaint, and has all the necessary items for a beach getaway.

Much needed get-a-way

The Home is perfect. Clean, very nicely decorated and everything you’ll need is available Location is actually very good because beach traffic isn’t peaking in the windows while walking by. The sand and sea are right around the corner so it’s a very easy walk I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Spring Break Stay

A group of 7 of us stayed here for our spring break. The location is perfect and the place was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The host was also very quick to answer any of our questions which was very convenient! Overall an awesome place for anyone staying here !! I totally recommend !!

Best Rental

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this rental property was. It is literally steps from the beach and in an amazing part of Newport with lots of restaurants, shops, and charm. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Check in and check out were seamless. We loved having the porch on the front of the property to hang out. Kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked. We will absolutely be back.

It is everything we wanted. The pictures are exactly what you get!

We will be renting this place again! We love the location and all the Resturants, shops and bars in walking distance. My kids enjoyed how close we were to the ocean. The owner was very easy to get in contact with and she gets back to you quickly.

Good times

First I’d like to say the reviews on this spot are accurate. We enjoyed the place because it was close to everything. It was clean and there was space to hangout on the patio. The property owners were very responsive and gave the codes ahead of our arrival. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in Newport again.

Family getaway

The beach house is beautiful and so close to the beach. The house was clean and images on vrbo matched exactly what we got. Restaurants , shops and many fun things to do within walking distance. We loved our stay and Michelle was great at answering questions and making sure we were ok if problems came up. We hope in the future we can return and enjoy the property again.

Beach vacation in Newport Beach

As a long time Corona del Mar resident before recently moving away, we knew exactly what we wanted from a summer rental on the Peninsula: location close to the beach, with A/C since the summers do get hot, at least one parking spot, and something nicer than an "original beach cottage". This property was perfect! It was very comfortable for our family of five. The communication with the owner, Michelle, was great and everything was seamless. We would stay at this property again (or at their upstairs rental unit if we have an even larger group).

Beautifully remodeled home! Great for a family vacation!

Everything about our stay here was wonderful! The house is very close to a beautiful beach. We loved playing in the waves on the boogy boards and walking along the beach. The house is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. The home is located a very short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, a post office, a pharmacy and so much more. Thank you Michelle! You were a wonderful hostess!

Good location overall good experience

We stayed at this unit for a long weekend in May. The garage parking was great to have. We arrived and everything in the unit was ready to go which was nice. We didn’t need anything else. A few things to note: 1. You will hear almost every footstep of the upstairs neighbors so depending on who is above you it will dictate what you hear. 2. The patio is nice but it is facing north so there is not much sun back there. 3. The photos of this unit show a roof top deck, this unit does not have access to the rooftop deck. I confirmed with the owner before hand so we knew we wouldn’t have access but it’s included in the pictures so a bit misleading. 4. Doing the dishes, taking out the trash, washing beach towels and striping the beds seemed to be a bit much given the cost but we were very prepared and had time to do all of those things for check out. Overall good place for the money and very close to balboa pier and fun zone. Thanks!

Great house!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It is very close to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and the Fun Zone. It was clean and well stocked. Very easy check in and Michelle’s was very communicative.

Perfect location, beautiful home

The house was a perfect fit for our family. The description is spot on. The photos made the rooms look smaller than they were. The master was very spacious and while the other two rooms were small they had good sized closets and plenty of drawers and space for sleeping. It was a quiet neighborhood with minimal noise from the street, especially at night. Having a garage and washer and dryer was a life saver with kids. The home was beautiful inside and out and so close to the beach and park for our toddler to walk to. We didn't even pack diapers most of the time, as it was easier to go home for a change! There were restaurants and coffee shops near by. We took the bikes up to the north side of the peninsula, which seemed much more crowded. So for us the quiet and empty beaches was a major perk of this location. Minus a few decorations, that we just put in a closet until we left, the house was fairly toddler friendly and easy to keep him safe in. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that is looking for a peaceful retreat!

Lovely house, very well located in Balboa village. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The house is very clean and well decorated, the rooms are large enough to sleep. We were 4 adults and 3 children, this configuration is ideal. In the garage there are boards for the beach, as well as bicycles for walking. The owner is very friendly, she explains well how to do on arrival for the codes of the garage and the house. The only point for me and only for me, is that the mattresses are too soft. We had a nice stay, and the neighbor on the right is very nice too.

Amazing vacation home!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beach home! The home is very nice, clean, and in a terrific location. The location is perfect for families... quiet, safe, and in walking distance to the beach, bay, restaurants, and lots of other fun activities. The owner, Michelle, provides all the fun things you need to enjoy the beach, like bikes, toys, chairs, etc. She is very professional to work with, and quickly responds to all communication. I would highly recommend this specific home & working with Michelle. We will definitely be returning!

Nothing to write home about

We rent homes in the area about 3-4 times/yr and this 1 was not high on our list of repeats. 3 small bikes for 2 units, no locks for the bikes. Very small kitchen with little to no linens or blankets....very few utensils and small living area. ad is very deceptive and your patio is on a main thoroughfare. to top it all off owner called about a broken gate that was completely rusted out and asked if we had broken it......very unfair and wrong.....also left at 12pm and was rushed out because it waa being rented that same day....very poor customer service!!
