Great location for the bike paths which was exactly what we wanted. We could easily store our bikes inside the front door. Very comfortable and cozy!

Great place. Clean , comfortable, and well appointed amenities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for day trips to the island, the tunnel of trees , shopping, hiking and dining . It did take us a minute to find the location as it’s set slightly back from a business. Plenty of parking too.

This rental exceeded all our expectations! It was beautifully appointed, thoughtfully designed, and so nicely decorated, with absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The property was spotless, comfortable, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and seamless. We truly couldn’t have asked for anything more and wouldn’t change a single thing. This is easily one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed, and we would happily return and recommend it to anyone!

Great location to walk to various trail options and quick access to restaurants nearby and both Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Super clean and feels new. Well decorated. Big TVs and comfy seating to watch college football along with other streaming options. Convenient kitchen set up with all you need to cook or reheat takeout meals. Easy to have our small dog with us there. Overall it was one of the nicest places we’ve rented through VRBO.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at the Carriage House and it, once again, did not disappoint! Perfect set up for our family of four (and furry pup). Exceptionally clean and convenient to both downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs (and the walking/bike path). Super close to Petoskey State Par, too. And we loved the Petoseky Brewing Company (across the street) for food and drinks. We will be back for sure!

Great for family ski trip

e were very happy with our stay here! Great location to ski hills. As a family of 4 we were very comfortable and loved the space. Appreciated the nice entry way where we could take off our boots and store a snowboard without getting snow in the main living area. Very responsive and helpful hosts.

Peace and Quiet

Very convenient to everything Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Fall colors were spectacular. Bike trails and hiking trails perfect. Everything in the condo was just right!

Fantastic stay

Thank you hosts of the Carriage House. The property was just as described and so conveniently located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Grocery store near by as well. We would definitely recommend this property! Easy to do a day trip to Pictured Rock Lake tour as well.

Great Contemporary Rental

Well designed and thoughtfully laid out design. Everything 2-4 people could possibly want; pictures and description 100% accurate. Perfect location between Petoskey and Harbor Spring and everything surrounding. We've rental several properties managed by the same group; they do an excellent job.

Great stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Carriage House. Great layout and convenient location. Well appointed space that made our family stay quite enjoyable. Very proactive property management team in terms of their communication and coordination. Only slightest draw back was the road noise from the busy street. Otherwise, we would stay again if/when we plan another trip to Petoskey area.
