Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, ideal for families or friends traveling together.

WOW! This condo was amazing from the moment we opened the door and saw that beautiful ocean view! So roomy, comfortable and clean! I want my next home to look just like it! Thank you for making our girls trip so relaxing! You view the pictures on vrbo and hope the condo is as nice as the pictures and “Walking on Sunshine” did not disappoint at all! We plan to book again someday!

This was a very nice, spacious condo with beautiful views. It was nice being right on the beach and the area wasn't too crowded. We really liked that it included the chair and umbrella rental. The only minor issue was that one of the elevators was down and the other had to be manually operated by security. You had to call whenever you needed an elevator, but it really wasn't inconvenient and the security guys were great. All in all it was a great weekend trip! We would stay here again.

The only issue was 1 elevator was out of order. Even with that the wait time for the elevator was not horrible. The ease of going to the beach was great. We loved sitting on the balcony at night was very relaxing.

The beach views was beautiful. The bar wasn't that great, the noise of the maintenance crew, started at 7am in the morning interrupting our sleep did not like store. The storage room door, outside the front door was broken and stayed opened. Other than that, we had an excellent stay..

Nice View/Beach was GREAT

Reviewer Comments: First problem, one elevator going to the upper floors, we were on the 15th floor and we did a lot of waiting because we couldn't walk the steps with a toddler. Second, guest holding onto the carts for luggage transport so we made multiple trips to get everything up to the condo. Place wasn't clean and beds weren't made properly.The condo had a lot of furniture for such a small space and the positioning of the couch should be changed to see the view which could only be seen from the balcony. The TV in the living room wasn't on the wall and we had to be concerned that it didn't fall off a small table when the kids were in the room. The bed (for the adults)in the bunk room needs to be replaced from wear. Gnats extremely bad in the kitchen a Zevo is needed. Everything that in the kitchen didn't work.This condo, I feel would have been great for just me and my husband not the family with little kids.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay! This condo was amazing. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We ate most meals in the condo and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating our meals. Beach chairs and an umbrella were included with our room which was great! The views were beautiful!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

This condo was wonderful! It was very clean, up to date, smelled nice. Nice home away from home. They provided extra towels and wash cloths. The tvs were easy to use. The view on the balcony was perfect. We will definitely want to come back! Thank you!!

Girls Beach Trip

This was my first time using Blue Swell. The process of booking was simple and easy. There was always an answer to my questions in a timely manner. The condo was one of the best I’ve ever booked at Watercrest. They even have an office on property. The layout, cleanliness, balcony, and amenities were amazing!

Relaxing stay with great views and location

We had a wonderful stay at this Watercrest condo. The unit was clean, and the check-in process was easy. Communication with the host was excellent - responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We loved the corner balcony with its stunning view - perfect for relaxing mornings drinking coffee. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and pool area. The location was ideal: close to great restaurants, but just far enough from the busier areas. The only minor drawbacks were that some of the furniture showed a bit of wear and tear, and the large kitchen table made it hard to move around the kitchen. That said, it didn't take away from the overall experience.

Beautiful views and wonderful management company!

We have stayed at Watercrest for 3 years in a row now but this was our first stay in 1502 and renting thru Blue Swell. The condo was very clean and well appointed and we absolutely loved the covered parking. The views are magnificent and the Lower Lagoon has great restaurants and a wonderful stretch of beach. There were only 2 minor drawbacks and I do mean minor. The deck furniture could possibly use some updating and the dining table is rather large for the space (albeit if you had several people it would have definitely come in handy - there were only 2 of us). There was a bit of confusion for us with Blue Swell as we were a mid month to mid month rental and their automatic system thanked us for our stay and gave us check out information at the end of the month and we got worried that they had us checking out. One quick text to the Blue Swell management team resolved it all. It also was nice that Blue Swell has a representative on site at the condo! All in all I would highly recommend this condo and the management team!!

We specifically chose this unit because there were 3 volleyball nets in the pictures in front of this unit. We had 3 girls that love volleyball. We get there and there were no volleyball nets so that was extremely disappointing. The pool area was nice and the snack shack was great! Room was beautiful, well equipped and comfortable.One of the main elevators was down so that made getting to the 15th floor a real challenge at times. Apparently, from talking to owners, the elevator had been down for weeks. No big deal, but the rental company that we went through on vrbo (Blue Swell) showed a welcome bag in the photos and alas, we received no welcome bag. They normally have little things in the bag that you tend to forget sometimes so we missed that as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
