This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Mactan Newtown, offering both convenience and relaxation. The unit features a well-appointed master bedroom and a compact second bedroom (formerly the maid’s quarters) with a bunk bed—ideal for kids or extra guests.

The open-plan living and dining area is ideal for relaxing, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle, and cooking pans for convenient meal preparation.

• Discounted beach access at Mactan Newtown Beach (₱350 per guest)
• Free swimming pool access
• 24/7 building security

The condo is just 15–20 minutes from Mactan-Cebu Airport and close to beaches, cafés, and local attractions

Other things to note:
• Pool is closed every Monday for maintenance
• Always use the exhaust fan when cooking (₱10,000 penalty if alarm is triggered)
• No pets and no smoking inside the unit or balcony
