Beach view and sounds of waves crashing are top notch. Balcony is larger than you'd expect with plenty of furniture to sit enjoy the views and vibe. Live entertainment plays in the outdoor restaurant just below the balcony. Condo was very well stocked with everything you need. Cleanliness was top notch. Will stay again when in the area.

Nice place , great location on beach and the ocean view awesome. Best part was the spacious balcony to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place to stay—just book it !!!!!!!

Great location. A lot to do within walking distance. Right on the beach! Bar & restaurant below. amazing views. we stayed on a Thursday so not sure about the weekend and the noise from the bands but absolute perfection. Would stay there again in a heartbeat! The place was so well done and decorated. Thx for sharing ur lovely abode!!!

Overall, it was a good stay. The condo is a nice size. The furniture in the living room could be updated. Bed was comfortable. If you like the beach and listing to bands on the weekend this is the place for you. The bands play right below the condos. You can sit outside the condo and take it all in.It was nice to have a designated parking spot; however, it was tough to get into as it's right next door to a building. The best thing to do is back into the spot. If you have a bigger car/truck you might not be able to get into the spot.

Great Condo

Excellent stay at this condo. All was very clean and well equipped with anything we needed. Great view right on the beach. Host was easy to reach out to and instructions were spot on. Will definitely return to this location and this condo.

This review is from a 75 year old and may not apply to younger groups. The rental is clean, well equipped, comfortable and has a million dollar view. It is also located in “party central.” i was aware of this but I also knew that by mid Sept the vibe would calm down. The problem was the renters next door smoked pot from around 9:00pm until after midnight the first 2 nights. The owner nor VRBO could do nothing about it. With the wind blowing off the ocean we got much of their smoke. The result was instead of enjoying the deck and sleeping to the sound of the ocean we went inside and slept with the sliding doors closed. We could have done that for half the price anywhere in America.

The location was fantastic! Literally on the beach and a 5 minute walk to the pier. The unit was clean and comfortable. The owner was easily reached and responsive. The parking spot is tight and would be tricky for a large SUV or truck. The unit boasts a huge balcony with plenty of seating. The down side… the music. I love live music but it was incredibly loud, starting at 1:00 every day lasting until at least 11pm during the week, 1am on the weekend. Essentially a live concert right outside the back door…. all day long. Forget it if you want a nap before dinner, have a quiet night in, or sit on the balcony listening to the waves or reading a book. I feel the listing should have been transparent about the music situation. If the music wouldn’t be an issue for others, I highly recommend it!

OOB is a gem!

This was our time staying in Old Orchard Beach and it won’t be my last. Despite it being winter, waking up to the beach views was the best. Our host had everything prepared for our stay and the condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Thanks for making it so enjoyable!

The view is incredible

We enjoyed our stay in Old Orchard Beach. It was the off season so a lot of things were closed however that meant no crowds. The location of the condo was convenient to visit Portland or Kennebunkport. Being able to watch the sunrise and sit in the sun on the deck was amazing.

Best location on the beach

The Brunswick is the place to be. Great location, live bands, direct beachfront access, great restaurant and the condo was clean and updated. We would definitely rent again!
