Sea Oats holiday lettings

We always try and stay at Sea Oats when in Florida, and specifically this condo if it is available for our dates. We are a family of 6 and there is plenty of room for us all in the condo, with plenty of parking and the private pool area. Victor was an excellent host, with prompt and clear communication from the moment we booked our stay all the way through to our check out, including pro-active communications as hurricance Idalia made it's way across Florida. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly book through him again.

We had a fantastic time. The views are fantastic and the flat is equipped with everything you need. The owners obviously use it themselves so they make sure it has comfortable beds and the furniture is regularly updated.

From start to finish Beth and Mary were great to deal with, the accommodation was spotless and well equipped for all 6 of us. The bedding was noticeably of good quality as were the furnishings, many other places we stayed in on our 7 week vacation were not, it is the small details that make a big difference to us. Great beach access, location for shops and good quality restaurants, I have a feeling we will stay again in the not to distant future.

The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Sea Oats is very well maintained. We had a slight problem and after contacting John the matter was fixed within minutes. Although, we stayed 10 nights and 3 were sleepless nights from the guests above us - scraping chairs, moving furniture, stomping, talking…etc. We very nearly had to checkout early, but they left before us so all was good again.
