The Purgatory Ski Resort is constantly working on improving their internet services. We have verified that it is working in the unit, and that the Durango Mountain Club's pool, hot tub & gym are open. Sorry for any misinformation they may have communicated to you about the hot tub being closed. We look forward to having you stay with Vacation Rental Collective again in the future!
