The location was awesome and the amenities were even better! The arcade room and pools were a big hit with the kids. You can tell a lot of thought was also put into the types of items and activities that someone staying in this part of SD might be interested in. Charles did a great job of explaining the check-in/parking process and even met us there to help get us situated. We will definitely be back!

Charles was a great host. He met us at check-in to show us around the facility as it is quite large. The location was great for us as we were seeing a concert at Rady Shell and it was just a little over 1/2 mile walk to the venue. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. My young adult kids loved the facility game room and the pool/hot tub.

Perfect for a family

We enjoyed our stay! Our kids really loved the pool and game rooms. There is a big homeless population in the area, but the apartment has security and we felt very safe. Thank you!

Awesome Location

We stayed March 21st - 23rd for a quick weekend getaway! Perfect location and great set up! No issues! Hosts was reliable and made it really easy! I would highly recommend this location when visiting San Diego!

We had an amazing stay at Park Lux Playhouse! The property was spotless and very well maintained, everything felt fresh, clean, and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made arriving so much easier.The listing was exactly as described (if not better), and the space was perfect for our stay. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, perfect for a relaxing evening dip. The amenities overall were excellent and really added to the experience. Our little one enjoyed the rec center playing pool and bowling. Communication with the property manager was excellent, they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.Overall, this place was absolutely worth it and a great value for the experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress-free stay right in the Gaslamp Quarter!

Super comfortable, best location, fun amenities

This high rise condo is across the street from Petco Park and a short walk to all the great bars and restaurants in East Village and Gaslamp. The unit itself is thoughtfully appointed with lots of little extras and nice touches that are downright delightful. Condition of everything is top notch and comfy. View from rooftop pool and hot top is awesome. Communication with host and host’s digital property guide are excellent! Definitely stay here; you’ll love it.

Great Location, Great Communication, Very Clean

We traveled to downtown San Diego for a conference. This condo was in within about 10 minutes walking to the conference center so it was very convenient. There were lots of restaurants and stores around in a great location. The condo was clean and well put together. We had one tiny issue with one room, and it was taken care literally immediately. Great communication. I would recommend to anyone in the future.

Perfect Petco Park Condo

This unit has so much to offer! We were thoroughly impressed with the thoughtfulness of the owners. They really have everything you need, all the essentials plus more! We loved the coffee station. The bar area is great too even though we didn’t use it. The kitchen is FULLY stocked, the bathrooms have everything you need and are spacious! The water pressure is great too. We want to change our shower heads to the ones in the unit. The rooms are big!! The beds are very comfortable too. There’s plenty of storage space in the closets. My son loved the games as well. Our stay was too short to everything offered. Highly recommend!

Fantastic day at a fantastic place

This was likely the best rental I have ever stayed at. The place was exactly as described. Actually, it was even better. The owners of this property have thought of everything. They have things in the bathroom like extra razors, toothbrushes in case you forgot anything. The kitchen was stocked with coffee maker and coffee and creamer and sugars. They even had snacks in case you got hungry in the middle of the night. The attention to detail really amazed me. Coming from across the country, that was very welcome when I arrived.The next time I am in San Diego, I will absolutely look this place up again. We were there for a business meeting at the convention center and the walk was very short. And safe. Since we were all females, that was important to us. It is definitely a fantastic place for anyone looking to visit San Diego And I highly recommend it.

Host met us on site to explain the process. This was very helpful. Apartment was clean. Complex has game room that the kids loved. Easy walk to lots of fun stuff and good restaurants. Would recommend.
