Loved the property! Great location and lovely space. Very clean and a great host. I would love to return next year. I enjoyed being able to park the car and walk to most everywhere I wanted to go. And I especially liked sitting on the large balcony and reading my book. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Fantastic condo with a breathtaking view. This is definitely one of the best places we've stayed in OCMD (and Belmont Towers). We will be back. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. We had everything we needed.

Did you know there are 3 elevators? Only 75 units in the building. More elevators per unit in any building in OC.

We had a great time in ocean city! The condo was right on the boardwalk, in the middle of all the action. Great location, condo was clean and had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the pool, and a great view of the amusement park. Constantine was wonderful while we booked and gave clear instructions on how to get into the condo, and useful information. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit OC!

We weren’t able to check in til 4:30 because the cleaners hadn’t cleaned yet. But other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

The host provided excellent information so we could easily understand various aspects of our stay and the property. The property is situated in a great area for getting to the beach or other fun things at the OC (Ocean City) boardwalk. Being on the 7th floor gave us a great view of the Ferris wheel in the distance and the pool at the complex. Each of the 2 bedrooms could sleep 4 adults if needed—a clever way to make great use of this beautiful condo! The doorways are wide which was very helpful for moving luggage in and out. The host has set up this great condo with a lot of thoughtful extras and we had a great time!!!

nice place! owner was fantastic to deal with. had all the extras you don't have to worry about. towels, linens, etc. very nice view of the "bay" side. the attached deck was perfect for a cocktail at night! When we were there, it was very quiet as well! No issues at all.

The property itself was very nice and clean, and I had specifically chosen it because of its location. We paid a significant amount for an off-season stay because being close to the beach and boardwalk was very important to us. I was traveling with my 74-year-old mother, so being able to leave our car parked and have easy access to the beach and a nearby restroom was a major factor in choosing this rental.Unfortunately, the nearby beach access was closed because of the concert setup, which meant we had to drive to the beach instead. Had I known about the closure beforehand, I may have made a different choice. I understand that the closure was not the owner’s fault, but I do feel that a temporary closure that significantly affected one of the main benefits of the location should have been communicated to guests.What was most disappointing was how my concern was handled. I was simply trying to let the owner know about an issue that affected our stay, but the response felt defensive and dismissive rather than understanding. No resolution or alternative was offered, and the only follow-up was asking what time we would be leaving.Again, the property itself is lovely, but the beach-access issue made a significant difference for us, especially with my mother. I would have appreciated better communication and a more helpful response from the owner.

We had the best time! The balconies alone are amazing. Huge master bath, a/c worked well. Walking outside and being immediately on the boardwalk is a dream. Did not use the extra facilities, but the pool area looks great. Highly recommend!
