Everything went so smoothly. Great location on the edge of town but still within walking distance of everything. Cabin was super clean, which we really appreciated. Neighbors were very friendly with our kids. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again for sure.
This cottage was everything we wanted and needed! It was clean, well equipped, perfectly located, and the beds were comfortable! The owner’s communication was appreciated! She was always prompt in her response to questions and seemed fine with me texting or calling! I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to explore Yellowstone NP! The little town of West Yellowstone was so much fun to explore, as well!
This was so fun to stay in! Very clean well furnished.
It was such a fun stay! Quiet and just the right size for us. It is right in West Yellowstone and it only took us a few minutes to get to the park entrance. This property had great taste and did not look cheap. From the beautiful decor, towels and paper towels to the toilet paper (2ply is a big deal!) were all quality items. Easy check in and check out. LOVED OUR STAY!
Perfect to Explore Yellowstone and a cute town too!
This place was so cute and cozy. Easy to communicate with host and we had everything we needed. Host went above and beyond to answer my questions about the area. May only regret is that there is so much to do in the area that we barely had time to hang in this cute cabin!! I hope to return for a longer stay!
Great location for Yellowstone visit
Everything was as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was on the far west side of town, but still just a few minutes drive from
Restaurants, shops, etc. one perk of the location is a huge empty field just a block away, which even has a great Mountain View. We had a great time playing frisbee there.
In addition to the wonders and beauty of Yellowstone National Park there are an abundance of other wonderful places to discover all within an hour or less from the cabins door. There is Quake lake and the visitors center there, Cliff and Wade lakes (off the beaten path beautiful mountain lakes), Mesa Falls, Harriman State Park, Hebgen lake, Henry's lake, Big Springs and that is just to name a few. There are miles of trails to explore in the Gallatin National Forest either by foot, bike, 4-wheeler, motorbike, jeep and actually most are accessible by car as well. Fishing is very popular as well as hiking and biking. Horseback riding, ziplining (both in West Yellowstone and Big Sky) and don't forget the Rodeo. There is sure to be something to please for everyone in you group.
About Brenda Heverin
Orginally from SE Pennsylvania my first visit to this area was in 1999. How can you not fall in love? It is just so fabulous in every direction, the beauty just never ends and it never gets old. By 2003 I was very fortunate to be able to call this area home. In 2006 I bought the Buffalo Trading Company, a retail store that caters to the tourist industry, and at that time was able to spend the majority of the year in Montana. Since then I have added another store called "Crazy Bear". In the off season I travel to Jacksonville, Florida where my only child lives and works. Planning ahead for the grandchildren I keep praying for. lol
Brenda Heverin purchased this House in 2014
Why Brenda Heverin chose West Yellowstone
In 2008 I purchased the original cabin on this property, "Whiskey Springs Cabin" and with the demand for vacation rentals so high and having to turn so many people away because of unavailability I decided to add this new unit and it is on the same property as the original cabin.
What makes this House unique
This is a quiet residential street which is far enough away from the business district but still only about 6 blocks from it all if you wanted to walk to all the activities. It is after all a very small town.
