Welcome to this beautiful build in Playa Grande! Only a 3 min walk to the beach and one of the most consistent waves in Costa Rica. Enjoy monkeys swinging from the trees in the backyard while listening to the waves crash. There is a jungle trail directly to the beach. This property has a private pool with a 3 bedroom, 2 bath main house and a 1 bedroom, 1 bath casita. Both the main house and casita are full equipped. Casita has a kitchen with a fridge. The house is a brand new build and consists of high teak ceiling all throughout house. Every room has it's own air conditioning unit. Each room also has its own wardrobe where you can hang clothes as well as drawers. The casita also consists of beautiful high teak celings as well as a private kitchen, full bathroom, and wardrobe. The backyard is your very own oasis. You will love lounging by the pool and barbecuing on the very spacious patio. The patio dinning table is custom made out of the regions beautiful Guanacaste trees with seating for 12. The big sliding doors opening up to the patio make it easily accessible from the kitchen and gives you the indoor/outdoor feel. There is private parking for 4 vehicles. ** Please note the this is a developing town and there is construction adjacent to the property as well as in many areas of Playa Grande **

Paradise near the Playa

Absolutely stunning property backing up to wildlife filled green belt mere minutes walk from a spectacular break. Morning we were greeted by howler monkeys and throughout the day the yard was visited by a multitude of birds, iguanas and assorted wildlife. The house and pool are perfectly maintained and everything is in great order. Even after a short power outage the house completely restarted with zero input required. A great spit to relax on the beach and to journey out to numerous eco adventures. Loved every minute of it.

This home made our Costa Rica family trip truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special—but it became even more meaningful when we renewed our vows here for our 25th anniversary. It couldn’t have been a more perfect setting!The house is absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The casita was such a great bonus for our family. We especially loved the outdoor space, which felt like our own private oasis. Between the pool, patio, hummingbirds, and monkeys in the trees, it was pure magic!The jungle path to the beach was one of our favorite parts—such a fun and peaceful walk. And the beach itself was incredible, with perfect waves every day and stunning sunsets each evening.We also loved how easy it was to walk everywhere. We enjoyed so many great spots nearby—Origami (amazing sushi!), the beach club happy hour, Onda, and Taco Star (a daily favorite!) Surf Dog was great for dinner and live music, and El Huertos had delicious pizza. The nearby mini markets made everything so convenient.A huge thank you to Kristena and her family—they were so kind, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They truly made our stay even more special.We fell in love with this town—the people were so friendly, and we always felt safe and at home.Such a special place with the best memories. We can’t wait to come back!
