Our remodeled Tropical Vacation Home has everything for your living needs. 3 Bedroom with Office/Den. We are only 5 minutes to downtown and the close by Gulf of Mexico. Come enjoy our tropical beaches, golf, shopping, great dinning, fishing or just relax in our warm Florida sea side climate. Our home is ideally located West of Route 41 and Seminole Rd for easy access and travel to access all the local stores, business, downtown Venice Island, many area beaches or our nearby attractions. The home is only a 1/2 mile from Shamrock Park and 3 miles to the South Venice Private Beach and Ferry. Travel only 4 miles to historic tranquil downtown Venice and enjoy the shopping, beaches or sit outside and relax at our numerous sidewalk restaurant. Your private home is on a quite street and close to everything. Shure the home is 100% furnished for all your needs. The home is equipped with 2 TV's, high speed internet, a full bright and open kitchen, a large Lania, a new ping pong table, a out door patio with lounge chairs, a gas barbeque grill and washer and dryer. You have complete 24 hours private access to your home with your own private driveway parking for several cars and a one car garage with lots of storage. Neighborhood is nice with will kept up homes. Home has a large back yard for relaxation and gardening. Home is very close to everyting in the Venice area.

100% refund 90 days before arrival less a $175 marketing fee if property can not be re-rented.

Owner of the property was very helpful but there was an issue with our reservation and we did not stay in the property we reserved. Home we did stay in was clean and comfortable. Owner didn’t receive my messages through the app and it took a couple calls to connect via phone so we weren’t able to get into the house until after 5, but once we did connect, the owner did everything he could to get us situated for the night.
