  • Perfect Get away

"We really enjoyed our time here! It was easy to get to the beach with all of the beach "stuff" included; chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and the ever so helpful sand cart to easily get it there. The village was also an easy walk (10 minutes). The condo is updated and the décor is fantastic, making you feel like you are visiting the beach. (I even snapped quite a few photos to use as ideas for decorating my own home with the coastal theme). Kitchen had all the kitchen equipment you could want. It also felt much larger than a typical 2 bedroom, with the master being huge. I have family that lives in Sarasota and we had a couple of nights of hosting "sunset get togethers". We comfortably fit 15 people in the condo for dinner and game night. Highly recommend this unit for anyone!"

  • Nearly GREAT beach stay

"This 5th floor condo held my 2 sisters and I and our elderly Mom comfortably. The 2 full baths and enough comfortable seating in the living room were appreciated. The decor is tasteful and the furniture is a nice quality. Very clean and well maintained throughout the condo and the grounds of Crescent Arms. Beach view and the beach couldn't be better. There are plenty of chairs on the beach to use and enough beach towels in the condo. We did not use the pool, as it was at the entrance road end of the property, but it looked good and was used by the families with kids. The design of the building is strange in that there is not a beach access door from the builidng on the beach side of the building. So even though this condo is beachfront, you have to go all the way back to the parking lot side to go down the elevator or stairs, then walk back to the beach end between the buildings to get to the beach. It was not unpleasant or difficult, but just a quirk. There is a ramp, as well as stairs to get on the beach form the walkway. There were some unruly guests making a lot of noise into the wee hours the first couple of nights from their condo on the second floor. The way the buildings are set, seems to make sounds amplified. The management put signs up on doors and in elevator warning of eviction for excessive noise and included the sheriff's phone number to report any noise. That stopped the partiers. Even though we flew to Sarasota, we had everything we needed in this condo for a restful and fun week. The location on the island is great."

  • Siesta Key Getaway

"The condo location and setting is a perfect venue on Florida's intercoastal waterway if you want to just relax and enjoy the amenities and activities of the area. Sitting on the lanai watching all types of boats pass by provides a relaxing escape from the normal everyday activities. The pristine sandy beach across the street provides a beautiful setting for lying in the sun, swimming, and watching the sunset create a kaleidoscope of beautiful images in the sky. There are many activities and restaurants in the area to accommodate your specific preferences. For anyone wanting to get away from the daily grind and just enjoy the serenity afforded by this location I would highly recommend this condo and location."

  • Siesta Beach Time

"The house is very nice and the pool is large. Very well stocked and very good instructions and very attentive/responsive owner. The dock is good and will allow a kayak launch if you rent one. Very close to the beach and the house has tons of toys and beach necessities. Owner left many key essentials - trash bags, laundry detergent and so on. Pool was very warm as well. Perfect for a family or 4 or 5. There is a roll away as well. TVs are nice, appliances are very new. They have thought of almost everything. The only drawback which cannot be helped is that the pool doesn't get a ton of sun during the day. Best to go to the beach if you need lots of sun. The street is very quiet which is nice. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation."
