  • Amazing

"We stayed 4 nights it was amazing. Becky and her husband are really nice people. Whatever we needed they brought over to us. The house has open space and plenty of room. I will rent this house again. My family had a great time. Thanks Becky Beth"

  • Great place!

"What a great experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone that has children. My kids are not big beach kids but love Florida and a swimming pool. This trip/house provided both. My kids are 18, 14 and 8 and all of them enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable, decorated nicely and house is well managed. Mango tree in the front yard (if you like Mangos). We were down here for a baseball tournament and this house was close to all of the baseball fields that we had to go to. Lots of fabulous restaurants close by as well. I agree with the reviews of Bread Pete! Gunnar was very accommodating and quick to reply. BMI who manages the property were quick to respond with anyone questions, issues or concerns. Should we be making the trip back next year, I will be looking to stay at this place again."

  • DDJK

"We stayed at the home for two weeks. The home is not brand new so if that is your desire, look elsewhere, but the important things were all good. The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was good, the lanai and pool area were beautiful and we spent the majority of our time there. There was a brand new, nice large refrigerator and a new wine fridge. We were there with four adults and liked the privacy of the separated master and other bedrooms. We truly enjoyed watching all the huge boats heading out to the "big water". The area was ideal for walking. The owner provided us a web site to track our electricity usage. We knew we were going over our allowance, but it was worth every penny as we swam every day except the first day when we were warming up the pool. All in all, we were quite happy with the accommodations."

  • Spacious and comfortable

"We stayed in this amazing property during Feb 2017. The house has a lot of living space. The pool, hot tub and lanai are well maintained and create a relaxing paradise, especially with the view of the pond. Sunsets are absolutely beautiful while sitting in the hot tub, although I found at times that the water was only warm. This could be because the temperatures were dipping to mid 50s overnight. Pool towels are provided. The master suite is in a separate wing and very private. For hot water in the kitchen and bathrooms, you must run the left tap for a long time because they are all quite far from the hot water tank. The house appears newly remodelled and decorated, tiled throughout. The kitchen has nice major appliances and smaller ones (coffee drip, blender, espresso machine). Also washer and dryer. It is located a short drive to Walmart, Publix, and many other stores/restaurants on Del Prado Dr. and very close to the north bridge to downtown Fort Myers. Rosa is the property manager and was easy to contact and attentive to our requests. We really enjoyed ourselves."
