  • What a beautiful place to spend a vacation. The back of the cottage opens up to a perfect pool area.

"The cottage is located in the quietest part of Anna Maria. The Rod and Reel pier is just a short walk away, as is the Gulf beach. We LOVED the very private pool area and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and ample supplies of linens. Having accessible laundry equipment was a great bonus. We would love to rent 312 Iris St. again!"

  • Beautiful house, spotlessly clean and immaculately maintained.

"Great family home, extremely well equipped and in a great location. It is 310 steps across the beach to the sea (I counted!), it has a quiet secluded garden and pool, beautiful deck/dining area. The kitchen has pots, pans, glasses, plastic picnic ware, tuppaware, steak knives... Everything you can think of. The garage also has beach umbrellas, plenty of beach chairs and pool /beach toys, they have even provided a Red Wagon to tow it all on! A real gem of a house!"

  • Great Rental House

"This house is beautifully appointed and well cared for. Unlike many rentals, you feel immediately cared for. The street is quiet and you're five minutes away from the beach. Highly recommended!"

  • Beautiful home in relaxing environment

"We had a wonderful week at the Lafferty home. It is a perfect place for a family vacation - the pool area is terrific and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. There are plenty of pool toys, a hammock, and nice lounge chairs. There is also a ping pong table, darts, two bikes, and lots of great board games. We really enjoyed having the dock on the canal - we rented tandem kayaks from Beach Bums and went out kayaking every day in the bay. And of course, the beach at Anna Maria Island is beautiful with turquoise waters and white sand. It was less than a 10 minute walk and there is a wagon to carry your things. Also, the trolley that runs up and down the main street is very convenient if you don't feel like walking or driving up to the shops/restaurants on Pine Street."
