  • PERFECT!

"We had a perfect Sisters-Daughters-Nieces-Cousins vacation and a lot of it being perfect was due to the great place we stayed. We rented the top and bottom units so everyone could be together. Both units are spacious and really nice. Everything we needed was there. The location is excellent. You can walk to the beach with a nice path going down. Plus it is only a short distance to walk to the trolley pickup to go shopping, eating, or just to see the Island. No need to bring beach towels, chairs, or even a cooler - all was located at the house for us to use. Including a wagon which made taking items to the beach really easy. Although we did not have any younger children the units had beach toys and inside toys. The owners are super nice, and everyone on the Island is extremely friendly. It is a great place for a vacation and we highly recommend it. We are already planning our next summers vacation and are going to rent these units. Thank you we loved it. • Perfect Beach Getaway!

"This was our 2nd trip to Suzann's tropical paradise and it just keeps getting better! This two bedroom beach cottage is perfect for a relaxing week or two at the beach , which is only steps away. It has so much to offer- including privacy. Besides the two bedrooms and three bathrooms, it also has a Florida room and two living rooms. When you need a break from the beach, the pool is there waiting for you or you can go to the other side of the house where you'll find a large shaded oasis for those breaks from the sun. We will cherish the memories made during both trips and we will be back to make many more!"

  • VIP Experience

"This property made us all feel like celebrities! Breathtaking views of the bay and the Rod and Reel Pier. Both the interior and exterior were beautiful. The only problem was trying to choose between the relaxing pool/patio area at the front and the stunning ocean views and wildlife at the back. We saw lots of fish, birds, crabs and other sea creatures. We were also treated to several dolphin shows from the patio as they swam by hunting for dinner. The huge sliding doors that can be completely opened to the ocean view were a big plus. We watched the sunrise on the beach in our pj's while drinking coffee every morning and walked the beach to Bean Point for sunset every night. It is a short walk or bike ride to shopping and many amazing restaurants. Definitely a good idea to saunter over to the Rod and Reel Pier for breakfast or to the City Pier for dinner. Definitely plan a visit. You will not regret it!"

  • Rented the week of Christmas

"My husband and I decided to look for a quick getaway and found this absolutely wonderful and spacious 2BR/2B beach cottage at an outstanding value. It is a very private and quiet location with beautiful Florida foliage surrounding the cottage...we felt like we were in the Keys! The amenities are very contemporary making us feel very much at home. I prepared Christmas dinner and everything was in the kitchen that I needed. We spent mornings sitting on the porch drinking coffee and enjoying the quiet. The white sand beach was beautiful and only we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every afternoon. We took wine and cheese out to the beach to watch the sunset each evening....I could literally feel the stress drain away! You will truly have 'Sweet Dreams' when you come to this delightful beach cottage :)"
