Everything was great! Super close the the beach, so many bikes and beach chairs to use. Very clean, and a perfect for what we needed. Communication with host was great as well! Thank you!

Wonderful house for our family (1 toddler, 4 adults) - plenty of room and fully stocked kitchen/amenities. The location was great for walking and hitting the beach. Communication and check in was easy. Would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed the location and the unit that gave the teens their own space.Beautiful view.Very comfortable beds with great bedding. I was especially grateful of the quality of the soft pillows.

The host really thought of everything with this property. The garage filled with bikes and beach items was so great. It’s a bit of a jaunt to get to the closest beach, but walking or riding a bike is no problem at all. And plenty of parking spaces at beach if you choose to drive. We loved our Pleasure Point experience!

Our family loved this home (with one of my children remarking this was by far our best rental), it was spotless and well appointed with just about everything one could want from bikes and boards to ample towels for beach! The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pan, etc. for cooking a meal. I can't think of anything missing from this home. Steve was awesome, responded quickly and was thorough in his communication and provided stellar suggestions of where to eat, what to see, etc. The backyard hot tub was an added bonus after surfing and swimming (we rinsed first with a convenient outdoor shower). We fit in a nearby hike at Nisene Marks State Park and on our last day, Sunday, there was a wonderful farmer's market!And the location couldn't be beat!!! We walked the two or three blocks to ocean with our morning coffee to watch our sons surf, rode bikes around to explore other beaches and just wish we had more time here!!! I highly recommend! Would love to return!

Close to the ocean for our morning walks. The Hot tub, so easy to raise the cover and nicely hot. Loved the huge water containers in the frig. Enjoyed the Sun deck, too. Shopping and restaurants very close, especially Shadowbrook.

Fabulous beach house

Spotless, comfortable beds and lounging spaces, well-stocked kitchen and lots of extras (bikes, boards, wetsuits!). Can’t wait to stay again.

Great rental in Pleasure Point!

We (four adults, two little ones) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The location couldn't be beat, either!
