★ POOL/SPA ★

Pool itself is heated November through April, spa is heated all year long. During the cooler months (Nov-April) there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. this applies to stays of 4 days or 30 days. Pool is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 9-6pm, please keep in mind that during the winter (Nov-April) the temps can range from 80-85 depending on outside temps and be over 90 in the summer



★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.



★ GARAGE ★

Garage will be locked during your stay, this is for owners personal items
