Welcome to 28 Quelah Condo, in the heart of the beautiful Sunriver community, and just steps away from the Sunriver Stables, Marina, and Nature Observatory! This pet-friendly, two-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is an end unit, offering both privacy and convenience. With access to the private pool and hot tub located in the Quelah community, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Upon entering, you'll find a spacious and inviting living room. It's equipped with a gas fireplace, modern TV and streaming capabilities, making it a perfect spot for movie nights and relaxation. The updated full kitchen features everything needed to prepare delicious meals for family and friends, with a dining table that can comfortably seat 6 guests.

The first bedroom is located on the main level and boasts a comfortable king-sized bed and TV. Second and third bedrooms are located on the second level. One offers a queen-sized bed, its own TV and private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The other room is perfect for kids or guests, with a cozy bunk bed setup and charming reading nook. The main level bathroom offers a walk-in shower, while the upstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
