Welcome to our home in beautiful Regal Palms Resort!

Our home is spacious (largest model), bright and clean and has quality furnishings throughout. It is an easy 4-5 minute walk to the clubhouse and pool.
You will enjoy the comfortable furniture, modern decor and fully equipped kitchen. Flat Screen TVs are in every room, and we have Free High Speed Wireless Internet,

There are two large master bedrooms, both with King size beds and private ensuite bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms share the third bathroom. and there is a convenient 2-piece washroom on the main floor. All the bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs, and comfy Memory Foam Mattresses.

Our family-friendly resort has a large Resort Pool area, Lush tropical landscaping, Lazy River, Waterslide, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, wet and dry saunas, outdoor playground, Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Bar, Billiards, Club House and Poolside Dining, Health & Beauty Spa, Gym/Fitness Centre, Arcade, Ice Cream Shop, Banana Jack's Indoor Playground and 24 hour Front Desk.

The Exclusive Gated Resort boasts grounds that are tropical and well manicured, providing a picturesque Oasis.


LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Just 8 miles from Disney World and a short drive to Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea World, Aquatica, Margaritaville, City Walk, Disney Springs, Discovery Cove, and loads more attractions.
Great shopping at nearby Posner Park (5 miles) and the Outlet Malls on Hwy 4, and loads of awesome Restaurants close by.

In the plaza beside the resort there is a Publix Grocery Store, Applebee's Resturant, Pizza Parlour, British Pub, Bank, ATM, Drugstore, Gas Station, Starbucks, Twisty Treat Ice Cream, Giovanni's Italian Restaurant, Jersey Mike's and more. Walmart is 3 miles away. Lots of nearby shopping and dining just minutes away as well. Golf is a 4 minute drive to Highlands Reserve (across the street).

Our location is ideal. We are centrally located to all area attractions and shopping. Coastal Beaches on both sides are a short drive (1hr,25m). There is so much to do that you will have to come back to experience it all!

The weather was terrible but we were so blessed to have booked this spot. The pools were all open and HEATED, plus the hot tub was amazing. The house was a perfect fit for us, as my wife and I needed to be on the main floor, but my daughter/son-in-law and the kids stayed upstairs with the living/dining area used as a gathering place.

Our condo townhouse was in a great location. The lazy river and pool was a bonus.The condo met our needs. The beds were great. My 93 year old mom had a hard time taking a shower due to no grab bars. The kitchen was well stocked.We did have to buy rafts for the lazy river.

Lovely stay at this villa, really brilliant host. Lovely and clean, nice pool and lazy river. With traffic, disney parks were about 30 mins away and 45 mins to Universal. Kids loved the space and it was nice and safe. Would recommend to others travelling to Orlando.

Everything was beautiful. There were a few glitches when we first got there that were handled immediately by the owner. FABULOUS!!! The lazy river you do have to provide your own float. There were some noodles in the closets but the donut floats would have been nice. We we did consider buying donut floats, but we don't have access to pools at home.

Drive to Disney is not bad at all. For Universal studios is little longer than I expected, but overall is good location at very reasonable price with lota of space. Great place for a big family.

We loved this property! So much room for my large family. Everyone was so easily accommodated. We had an issue with the air conditioning that was dealt with promptly. The property also contained all of the baby things that we could possibly need including a high chair, pack & play, & stroller. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Great stay for our Disney trip!

The setup was great for our group of 8, and we enjoyed the pool and water slide on our rest days! It's a solid 25-30 mins to get to the parks. We enjoyed ourselves there, and had prompt response for the one small issue we had and it was rectified quickly.

Our family has been traveling to Florida for years. We love it. There is so much to do. It's like a different vacation each time we go. We try to do something new every time along with all of our favorites.

We love Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Sea World and Fun Spot. We also take a day to go to the beach and sometimes go to the Tampa Zoo. A day at Discovery Cove is also one of our favorites!

I love that families make vacation memories in our home. That's really special :-)

Why they chose this property

Regal Palms is perfect for us. We used to rent a house with a private pool but that was no where near as fun as the Resort. There is so much more for all of us to do here. Kids are able to meet new friends at the pool and play all day. We are able to really relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings and beautiful weather. A drink by the pool is always fun too. On the days that we want to go to the parks or other amusements, it's a short drive to get there, and most importantly, a short drive home to a comfortable bed!
We really have it all here. The resort is unlike anything else in the Disney area and we have a complete home with kitchen, laundry and living space. Plenty of room to have family and friends visit us there too.

We update and renovate our home all the time. A quality guest experience is important to us, and we have guests who return every year.
The Resort is beautiful and has so many amenities. The home and resort make for a great value for guests.
