We loved our stay in Largo! The pool was great and we really enjoyed the waterfront dock area. The home was clean and nicely laid out, easy to get to and close to amenities. Everything was top notch! Thank you 😊

It was extremely dirty! We even found a used sock in one of the rooms, and there was hair and dirt in the corners. We had to wash all the dishes before using them; the plates were greasy. The pool was the worst part—there was hair in the water and slime on the bottom. The day after we checked in, they sent someone to mow the lawn (which was overgrown) and clean the pool. The cleaning staff also came, but we had already cleaned most of it the night before because it was disgusting. I’m going to attach the photos.

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay here! The house was clean, the pool was warm and fun, the location was perfect for all we did. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house, within short distance of multiple beaches, and the private pool was a huge plus! Great places for families!

Family vacation time

Loved it plenty of room for everyone Loved seeing the manatees and dolphins swimming in the canal.Very close to fun things to do and great resterants Will definitely do it again

Pool was clean, relaxing, and fun. The house was near by grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations all within 5-10 mins away. Clear water beach was only 15 mins or so and was also fun to visit. House could use some updating, but was still well taken care of.Also it could of been better stocked with misc items (more TP, paper towels, garbage bags.)I would not hesitate to stay here again and communication was great from the host. Heated pool is nice, but should be considered to be part of the price and not additional.

The property is very antiquated and needs much maintenance and upkeep. When we arrived, the house was at 90 and we were unable to get the thermostat controlled properly.I contacted the property management company in charge of the house and he put the responsibility on me to figure it out.After having been there for approximately 72 hours, it was determined by the property management company that the issue was with the compressor of the home air-conditioning system.I spent the majority of three days of my vacation dealing with us, and I am not happy.Not to mention, an issue with the showerhead leaking and very little water pressure which they were made aware of.In addition, none of the outdoor lights on the patio area work. Outside of one light they are all burnt out and there was excessive leaking from rain coming through the overhang on the backyard lanai.I would not recommend this property to anyone for rental until it is completely brought up to maintenance standards to rent again.

Great home, short drive to beaches and other attractions. House was clean, our only complaint is that the upkeep on the pool area could be improved upon. All in all, a great rental. We fished from the private dock daily and caught several species of fish. Thank you for providing the basic fishing supplies!

Spring Break!

We had perfect weather!! The house was perfect for our group of 5, with plenty of room to spare. The only downfall..there were beach chairs show in the welcome book, but were nowhere to be found. We would’ve really liked to use those.

Awesome week vacation

The house was beautiful. I didn’t like having a bathroom/shower in Garage. The pool needed to be cleaned more than once a week. Had dirt on bottom and there was no skimmer to skim dirt and leaves. I would rent this property again it was close to everything.

Vacation

the property is wonderful, very clean, large house with lots of space, the pool is wonderful and there is a lake in the back that you can fish, we caught fish, the only problem is the neighbors who kept taking photos of our car and everyone who was there But I think they're crazy, this happened in the first two days, but then they left us alone, wonderful environment, very attentive and attended to us whenever we asked, thank you

Almost a Great place

The property is in a very nice location and could be a great property. The living room and sitting area are very nice. There are other improvements in process, however significant issues with the pool and pool area, a partially functional stove and toaster, as well as calcium buildup, vent partially dropping from ceiling, poorly maintained outdoor space and a quite dated overall vibe are real detractors from what could be a great space.We we unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the property owner and management company to off set the issues.This is the first, less than positive, rating I have given.

I will start by saying this house is wonderful, the location is perfect and the host was responsive. It's spacious, peaceful and convenient. The stove was updated to a new electric top and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking necessities. There's plenty of space to lounge and work if you need to. Every room has a TV and fan. We appreciated the dishwasher, laundry, grill and of course the pool. There's a little dock out back which is a great place to start your mornings, no manatees but we did see a wonderful variety of birds and lots of flying fish!I'd be remiss if I didn't include the issues though - first, it was obvious that a family with children stayed before us. Surfaces were clean but there were bits of food in the couch, on the floor under the cabinets and bench, etc. It was frustrating with our pup, having to make sure he didn't eat whatever mystery debris was left behind. The A/C broke during our stay but it did get resolved within a few days.The major issue we had is that in the middle of our stay, while my husband was home alone, a family showed up with a working door code and entered the house. I can't begin to express how stressful this was for us, or imagine how the situation would have gone if it were me alone. He was able to get in touch with the host, who told us the booking system made a mistake. The host reset the house codes, but there can't be a guarantee it wouldn't happen again.

Quiet Largo Neighborhood

This house has a large back yard on a canal on a cul-de-sac. The kitchen was from the 60's but everything worked well and was immaculate, We had a few maintenance issues due to the age of the house but they were promptly repaired. The only negative we encountered was the screens in and out of the lanai. There were cobwebs that it looked like had been there for a long time. We let the manager know and she said she would come over and remove them. It never happened and we just lived with them. But it was very distracting and ugly. The second bathroom was outdated but everything worked. The garage needed a good cleaning and organizing. And we had to use the garage for it's bathroom and washer and dryer.
