Life's a Beach is Gulf front seclusion at its finest! With180 degree panoramic Gulf Front views, this home is designed to maximize the beauty of Cape San Blas from both inside the home and out. You'll enjoy the soft, sugar white sands our area is known for while having privacy and tranquility.


This updated home with a modern open concept living, dining and kitchen space is the perfect space for everyone in your group. Three bedrooms and a sleeping loft (all with ensuite bathrooms) give everyone their own private space. The elevator services 3 floors of the home (top floor master can't be accessed with the elevator), WiFi, a landline for your use, TV's in each bedroom, and ample parking. All bed and bath linens are provided. We do not provide beach towels.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 nights. The house was quite pretty, and its location offered both great convenience and privacy. However, upon our arrival, we discovered the house was not clean. There were two full trash cans left by the previous guests, and the basement bathroom still had a lot of hair on the drain. Additionally, the bedroom in the basement had hairs on the pillow. The smell downstairs was not pleasant, the dishwasher still contained food, and the kitchen had not been cleaned. We had to spend about an hour cleaning the space ourselves. I'm not sure if the cleaning company inspected the house after they finished cleaning.I would have given the overall experience 3 stars, but the people in the property management company went above and beyond to address our concerns. They were super awesome and professional, which made up for the other negative experiences we had. Thank you so much to Mary and Barbie – you both are amazing!
