We have stayed at this home every time we come to parker and feel like it is home. The new dock buoys are great making it easier to tie off your boat. The owners are great and the house is always spotless. Thanks again for a terrific stay at your home.

Fantastic home/ location

Hands down one of the best place to stay in Parker. Everything is clean, secure, nice and a great location. If you have any questions The property owner is just a phone call away.

Great River Spot!

This is such a great property. The balcony is the jewel of the house and is just a game changer for evening sunsets at the river. The kitchen and the living room are very open and right near the balcony which make entertaining large groups easy. The great feature of the home is the downstairs appartment. It is like a separate house so my older kids loved being able to have a spot of their own to do their thing, The dock is useful and tucked in from the riff raff so the kids can jump off and swim w/ ease. There is also a large patio off the doc which comes in handy for staging all of your boat toys before you load them on to the boat. This is our second stay at this home and we will be back again!!!

Overall great place to stay. I missed the completely seperate one bedroom downstairs area so that was a nice surprise! We will definitely be back.

Great Home

The home was very clean and stocked better than any other we have used. Beds were comfortable. When reaching out to owner he responded quickly. We had a problem with the dishwasher and he had a plumber out the next day! I would highly recommend this home. The vote was amazing and the sunsets were spectacular.

Great Property!

Loved this house! It was great for our group of 5, and a spectacular view. We all wished we brought our boats to launch from the docks. Andy was so responsive to anything we needed. Can't wait to stay here again!

Great Family Home Right On the River

Very clean & cozy, home, so comfortable, felt right at home. All the rooms have their own private bathroom which is great! Beautiful view of the river. Big balcony. Spacious living room, doc right on the water, which was a win for us! We had 10 guests more than enough room for everyone. Andy our host communicates great, answered all our questions right away. Very helpful & friendly. We are definitely coming back.

Friends River Trip

This is our second time staying in this house. It didn’t disappoint! All the rooms have their own bathrooms which is awesome! The kitchen is huge and open, great for cooking as a group! We love this house and will continue to rent for our friend river trips!

Riverfront paradise

Such a beautiful home! We didn’t want to leave! The view was breathtaking. The homeowner was so helpful and accommodating. He was very easily reached with whatever we needed. We will be back!

Great View, Great Home!

This is a great home if you are bringing a couple families or a family and teens to the river. There is nice separation between the top and bottom unit so older kids can hang down below and not disrupt adult time. Also, great location on the river. Definitely will be heading back!

Surpassed our expectations!

We came with 2 families and had so much space! The views are amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. The house is clean and not cluttered with a spacious, well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed! The little apartment downstairs was a fun surprise! Enjoyed being in the house as much as on the boat! Great BBQ and deck space. We loved having a dock with easy ski/wakeboard access! Great location on the river and launching dock close and easy! Huge driveway with plenty of parking! Havasu will miss us!

Terrific house and location

We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. I didn’t realize there was a separate downstairs unit/apartment that was perfect for our teenage boys. And having a dock took the hassle out of having to launch the boat everyday. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The main living areas/kitchen was on the second floor which gave us amazing views of the river. We would def stay here again.

Parker Vacation House

The house was very clean, check in was easy and the owners were quick to respond. Great location on the river and perfect for a large group. We had 9 people including kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend!
