Welcome to Bella Casa Riviera! Soak in the spectacular sunsets from the oversized, furnished deck while enjoying a fire or BBQ. This modern & beautifully decorated, 3B/2B home with breathtaking mountain and river views with beach access and private, gated boat launch, beach and park. Bella Casa Riviera is the perfect setting for your most memorable Colorado River retreat. Located on the Parker Strip, and adjacent to some of the area's top ATV & hiking trails, only a block from your private Colorado River boat launch, beach & park on the Colorado River with a Lake Havasu boat launch just 2.5 miles away, makes this retreat one of the best. Plenty of onsite parking available for all of your vehicles, water and desert trailered toys. The Space
The home is beautifully decorated with modern, top-line furnishings to include leather, reclining furniture and a 55" wide screen SMART TVs in the family room and each bedroom with hardwood floors in the common areas The dining area includes a large dining table with spacious seating for 7 and two additional dining tables are located on the oversized deck with additional seating for nine. The deck also includes a large fire table and a full size grill overlooking Castle Rock (Flag Mountain) and the Colorado River. The fully stocked kitchen boasts quartz counter tops, top of the line, stainless appliances, pod and drip coffee makers and plenty of cookware, dishes, silverware, gadgets and small appliances that will insure your meal prep is a breeze. The bedrooms and family room is equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans and lighting with spectacular views from the family room and each bedroom.
All bedrooms include a 55" SMART TV, luxury mattress & linens, DVD player, remote controlled lighting and ceiling fans with blackout custom blinds and/or roman shades. There is a designated work space within the second bedroom that includes a desk and office chair. Bathrooms have luxurious, full size, towels, plenty of hot water, top line soaps, body wash and shampoos and each is equipped with a hair dryer. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
WIFI service and a landline telephone service is also included with your stay. (Please note: We are not responsible for WIFI/telephone service outages due to situations beyond our control such as bad weather or service provider issues).
Parking is plentiful. The driveway will accommodate 4 vehicles/trailers and parallel to the house on the street is a gravel parking area that can accommodate a vehicle and additional boat, jet ski or ATV trailer. Once your boat or jet ski is launched there is also parking available for your vehicle while you are on the water in a private, separate lot by the private community boat launch.
Our cleaning and sanitization service is unmatched, with a proven record of excellence that includes a 14 point custom service program designed specifically for our property with a completed, personal, service inspection prior to every guest's arrival. If a guest is traveling with a pet, the $109 pet fee covers an additional pet sanitization & dander removal service is added to our cleaning program upon check out. This insures that the only way our guests know we are a pet friendly property is because we list it as such. Owner approval required for any accompanying pet(s), rental agreement/pet policy agreement signature is required within 48 hours of booking.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: If you are visiting for a special occasion or event let us know. We can also fulfil special requests such as cakes, gift baskets, picnic lunches, wine, gift service, and decorations for the occasion being celebrated. (Charges vary per service requested).
Guest access
Guest of Record Must be 25 Years of Age to Rent Property. Rental Agreement will be forwarded for review and signature upon booking completion. Upon receipt of payment, electronically signed rental agreement and identification, guest of record will be assigned a personalized, individual programmed door code that will be valid during their length of stay.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! The property is located on the Parker Strip in one of the most desired communities in the area. Your reservation also includes access to the private river boat launch, beautiful beach and park. Within the gated park are multiple grills, horse shoe pits, sand pit, swings, covered cabanas, numerous covered picnic tables, roped swimming area and launch/boarding dock with launch and guest parking on site located only a block away from the residence. Please note: Any holiday bookings or bookings during the Parker annual float trip in June require a 3 night minimum stay. (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas, New Years Eve and New Years Day, and Easter.
Enjoy some of the best hiking and world class ATV trails in the country (some of the best are within walking distance and less than 1/2 mile away. If you want to drop your boat into Lake Havasu but don't want to drive in to Havasu City & fight the crowd at their public launch, try the Havasu launch here, located just 2.5 miles away. The property is also convenient with easy access to all of the areas best hotspots and restaurants.
