Great place to stay

Loved this condo! Everything was very clean, and really loved the screened in deck (no bugs.). The pool was also a nice addition. This was centrally located to everywhere you’d want to go near the Clearwater area. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect!

January stay at Avalon

Very much enjoyed staying at this property. The Condo was a very luxurious 1 Bedroom and the location in Clearwater was excellent. It was very convenient to hop on Route 60 and go into Tampa to visit our daughter who lives and works there. We loved the walk-in closet, and the Condo was very clean and well organized. Would definitely stay here again. It was a really good value for the price. The pool area was very nice but it was often crowded down there so to get a spot on a lounge I would recommend getting there early. Our property Manager Margaret was a great communicator and very thorough and helped us get in late at night after a long drive. Overall I would rate this as a 5 Star experience.

Great condo in a great complex

Very nice, spacious condo in a great area. Fully equipped with everything you could ever need and more. Short drive to the beaches, in a safe area with lots of restaurants and grocery store all within walking distance. Definitely would stay again!

My husband and I really love the feel and convenience of this condo! It was close to his conference site and close to beach too! This place is immaculate and has all the amenities you will need! There is a reason we came back!

Clearwater apartment

Overall very nice. Very clean and everything is as advertised. very close to beaches and shops and many restaurants. Well stocked. Very comfortable bed. TV's worked great. Kitchen well stock. Property manager very attentive and easy to reach through message system. 5 stars all the way. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay

Our experience at the Avalon with Margaret was amazing. The place was immaculate, everything is very clean and well organized. The place is super easy to access and it’s gated which gives you security comfort for your car. The kitchen was fully equipped with literally everything you can think of and that is definitely a plus since we did cook a meal a day at home. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, very nice and firm. We loved our stay here and if we come back to clearwater we will be staying there again.
