BEST Vacation Ever!!

Prior to this stay - spent 10 days reviewing all VRBO properties in a 40 mile radius - looked, considered and then found this gem. WOW. Absolute stunner of a place - we will definitely be back. I am a single father of 3 young children (11 and 13 yr old twins). Easy check-in, easy on/off island, 1st turn off from causeway & 1st onto the road off island - no delay. There are several restaurants close and only a 15 min walk to rent bicycles. We rode to all the Sanibel beaches, didn't drive car for a week and had a perfect vacation. Unit was very clean, had thoughtful touches, clean rooms, comfy beds & plentiful towels. Pool onsite was warm, clean and fantastic. Tennis courts were modern & well-lit at night. Dock on canal available right outside our door - we saw manatees, dolphins and snook by the dozens. There are are 2 gas grills - west grill hard wired and always on w/great lighting. The only complaint was the east grill, by mangroves, was an empty LP cylinder - very disappointing & the only fly in the ointment. Otherwise, this stay was in my TOP 5 domestic Continental US vacations - I'm 56 years old, have worked/lived all over the world and would NOT hesitate to come back here tomorrow with my kids. Every day they told me repeatedly, "Daddy, this is the best vacation ever." You tell me the last time your kids told you that, right? It was a little pricey but worth every dime. These memories will last forever. Neighbors were an absolute treat and made us feel very welcome. Great parking for 1 vehicle. Cold A/C, great fridge, dishwasher, lights and location. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED IT. Thank you VRBO.

Comfortable and quiet

We found the apartment very nice. Even the neighbors were helpful and friendly.. enjoyed sitting outside and watching the fish and boats go by.

Family beach vacation

Location was great. Loved the peace and quiet! Had trouble with the toilet a few times not flushing or barely flushing. Other than that it was a wonderful stay! Only thing I’d recommend is possibly some beach towels and chairs to use and a new toilet.

Incredible location and perfect vacation!

Our stay in this well maintained condo was perfect for our vacation. Location was close to many great restaurants and beaches and a quick ride to Jet Blue Park. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The veranda overlooking the canal provided us with some incredible views and we were fortunate enough to see dolphins slowly swimming by on a daily basis during our morning coffee or our evening cocktail. The condo complex is located just before you enter onto the main street bringing you into Sanibel Island so it was close enough to walk to many of the great restaurants or just a quick ride to those that were further away. The owners recommendations of their favorite restaurants and beaches were very useful. The ease of check-in and check-out were so easy. We can't wait to come back again! Thank you for helping us create some incredible vacation memories!

Great time! The living space was clean and comfortable upon our arrival. The unit was in close drive proximity to all Sanibel had to offer. Highly recommend this rental and look forward to going back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit. The openness of the living area and the kitchen made for a comfortable environment. The location gave easy access to all the area had to offer. The canal offered great views from the balcony as well as a nice walking area. We found it to be spotless.

Canal front!

New location for us last winter-delighted with our choice. Location-walk to beach and bike path, easy access to mainland. Easy drive to restaurants and Captiva Island. Very clean and obviously cared for. Lots of towels, pots and pans, etc. Beds comfortable. End unit, so it was like having our own private canal front deck. We are pool people. Wonderful, quiet pool just a few steps away.

A Boater's Vacation

Stayed for a few days with my wife and took advantage of the many waterfront amenities... walks along the riverway, boat rides into the harbor, beautiful beaches close by...I could go on. Looking forward to our stay next spring and we'll do it all again. And did I mention, plenty of "Sanibel-style" nightlife? Next time we're bringing the kids, so the night-life is the only thing we'll be changing up!

Great long weekend Get-away

We loved our first trip to Sanibel and this condo was the perfect spot for us to enjoy our Anniversary weekend. The condo is clean, comfortable and quiet and has all the comforts of home. We enjoyed coffee outside overlooking the boats coming and going. We explored a lot the island by bike and also went on a Sunset Dolphin Cruise just over the bridge in Fort Myers. The condo was perfect for us and we're hoping to go back again and again.

Need a Short Getaway, Home Run

My wife and I gambled on this and were glad we did. Neat as a pin, quiet, unreal weather, relaxing area. Loved watching the boats go from on the balcony. We hung out here a bit, went to Bowmans Beach a few days, and hit a number of cool restaurants up toward Captiva. This place was a great find. Would totally do it again.
