Our quick weekend getaway was perfect. The house and surroundings were great. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and has everything you need. It is close to town, close to the beach, and very accessible. We were right next to the community pool but felt like it was only there for us! I had a couple of questions for the host and she answered them promptly with great suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this place 2 summers in a row and we highly recommend it! It’s so spacious and beautiful. So many common areas for us to gather and spend time together. We always felt like the only ones in the complex too.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house in Port Aransas! Our group of 13 fit more than comfortably, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our vacation. The house was exceptionally clean, and the floors were so shiny they looked like glass! The location was perfect and, best of all, it was in the golf cart zone, making it incredibly convenient to get around and enjoy everything Port Aransas has to offer.The house was also extremely affordable for the amount of space and comfort it provided. We really appreciated how easy the checkout process was—it was honestly one of the easiest checkouts we’ve ever experienced! Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious, affordable, and conveniently located place to stay in Port Aransas!

The home was just as described, had everything we needed, close to the beach and a pool in the backyard basically was the icing on the cake! Would definitely rent again!

We loved the house, and will definitely book again. Only two issues were, the ice maker was not making any ice and two of the sinks were completely clogged up (main bedroom sink & upstairs guest bathroom sink). Other than that we had an amazing time at the house and hope to book again.

The 2 living room layout on both floors were perfect and the entertainment area upstairs was a cool place to hang. Family Beach Vacation

We go to the beach every year and this property definitely tops all that we have experienced. The house is beautiful and conveniently located with easy beach access. The unit was stocked with all the essentials that we needed and the host was very east to communicate with and was quick to respond. Having the pool right out the back door was a definite plus. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Perfect vacation home!

We were so impressed with this lovely home. So much space, all modern amenities, location was great. If there’s anything we’d change, we’d like more bath towels and the pool seemed a little dirty. But that doesn’t take away from how awesome this rental home is. Don’t hesitate to stay here…we will definitely be back!

Overall, the house was great. Excellent size for our large group, close to the beach, clean, well stocked. Management was responsive when needed. My only (small) negative is the bedding was very uncomfortable- sheets felt like sandpaper and did not fit beds well. Still worth the 5 stars and I’d stay here again, my advice would just be to bring your own sheets!

Best place to stay

This place is prime location. It will take you longer loading in the car than it would to actually drive to the beach. It is a bit down from all the restaurants and shopping spots but not too far. The house setup is amazing. Plenty of room that you are not bumping into everyone at every corner. It was very reasonably priced too. We will definitely be booking that place again.

It was spacious and clean, very close to beach access, and we had the community pool to ourselves while we were there. Also really appreciate the fenced side yard with astroturf for the pups (no sand burrs to pull from paws).

Great Family Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here with my grown children and grandchildren. The house was a perfect fit. I would ask the rental company to turn in the refrigerator 24 hours before the next rental as it took a day and half to cool down to an appropriate temperature. We cooked at the house for most meals and the kitchen has everything we needed. I highly recommend this property. The rental company was easy to work with and made check in easy! Btw- it’s a pretty good distance to the beach so rent a golf cart.
