Modern new 4bed/3bath home in a great location! Minutes to shopping or restaurants!

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level. There is a picture of the floor plan in photos. There is another bedroom, bathroom and additional living/rec room in the finished basement with a queen pull out sofa. Recreation room includes a ping pong table, basketball pop-a-shot game, and a Golden Tee arcade game. There is a hot tub and seating area on the back patio.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this House! Beautiful scenery, it was a hit with my almost 3 year old! He had fun with the ping pong table! Very clean and organized! Had a great stay!

Wonderful place

We had a great stay in Rapid City. We had 6 adults and two children. Everyone enjoyed the games available due to a rainy day and the hot tub was a bit in the evening after a long hike. We cooked a few meals and they had all of the utensils and pans needed. Highly recommend!

Nice House, Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying in this house! My son was graduating from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology - and the location was very convenient. It is also close to some amazing hiking trails (we did Buzzard's Roost). The hot tub is a great amenity - and we used it each evening. We love the area and will be back.

This was a newer, clean, and well stocked house that was located near Bear Country, Reptile Gardens, and Custer State Park. We enjoyed playing ping pong, basketball, and golf arcade games in the basement. An added bonus was relaxing in the hot tub. The host was good at communicating. We would highly recommend staying here.

Rapid City Baseball Week

Family Friendly

We loved our stay in this home! It was the perfect size for our family gathering. Everything was clean and organized and the neighborhood was quiet, safe and friendly. The host, Lisa, was kind and quick to answer any and all questions! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Best House Award!

This has been (by far) the best house we have stayed at on our roadtrip with 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 cars. The house was spacious, communication was great, the neighbors were friendly and it was central to everything. We were able to visit Mt. Rushmore, Custard State Park, Devils Tower, Badlands and Windcave National Parks and had a great place to come and relax. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

Baseball weekend success!

We rented the house for the weekend to attend the State Baseball Tournament. It was perfect for 3 sets of parents and their baseball playing sons. The house was set-up perfectly and the boys enjoyed the ping pong table and basketball hoop game. The patio was great to sit and enjoy the early mornings and evenings. The kitchen was set-up so we cook breakfast and dinner. We would recommend this house for anyone needing a nice house to stay at in Rapid.

Great for multigenerational families

This property is wonderful for multigenerational gatherings with the large family room downstairs complete with TV and bean bags plus ping pong and basketball games. The full bath downstairs was an added plus. This allowed games and activities to not impact conversations and eating upstairs.The master suite was spacious and all the bedrooms were nicely sized. We enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to everything. There were plenty of towels for both hot tub and showers. The hose was extremely responsive to the few questions we had and amazingly flexible when we ran into car troubles and couldn't leave on time. For those with mobility issues, there are three steps to get into the house but once in the main floor has everything you need.
