Welcome to this inviting, spacious, cozy, 5 bedrooms (with 2 master bedrooms), 4 full baths, 2 separate living rooms, remodeled kitchen, 2 separate car garages than can park 4 cars total with spacious driveways for additional parking. This house has a pool and gazebo for your family and friends gathering in the backyard. Just 5 minutes drive to a grocery store, 7-8 minutes drive to bars and restaurants, and about 7 minutes drive away to the water/lake. The area is quiet, yet it is close to everything in Lake Havasu City where your family and friends can to explore and enjoy.

It was a pleasure hosting this respectful and well-mannered family. They had great communication throughout their stay and left the house clean and tidy. I highly recommend them to any host and would gladly welcome them back.

The nicest home

Everything was great, the house is beautiful the Manager was great, the hosts were very helpful the house was super clean, and it was a great experience We loved it!!!

Karina and her group were wonderful guests! They left the house in great condition and followed the house rules. Communication was smooth throughout their stay. I would highly recommend them to other hosts and would be happy to host them again anytime!

Guest Frank and his family and friends were wonderful guests- very respectful, and left the house in great condition. I would highly recommend this guest to other hosts, and I would be happy to host them again if they come again in lake Havasu.

Pet friendly and a very large living space that was perfect for all of us. Property owner responded immediately to an issue and resolved it within just a couple hours. Very kind and responsive

To summarize: Place was dirty, unorganized and not stocked. WiFi did not work at all (they attempted to fix it, but it took too long out of my day to continue to try)
