Our stay in Holmes Beach was amazing the house was in a perfect spot for the beach. The host was very accommodating, the house is fully stocked and the second floor is a great place to see the sun set

Great Property!

This property did not disappoint! Great location, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs, and the list goes on. The outdoor shower was an added bonus to spray off after the day at the beach. We definitely plan to stay again in the future. It was a perfect vacation!!

Everything was nice and clean. Lots of condiments in the kitchen including coffee. Plenty of beach towels. Laundry detergent was nice. Communication with host was excellent. Only negatives are that the street in front is hard to cross because of complete nonstop traffic all day. And a keyless entry would be nice since you have to use 2 separate keys to enter and exit each time you come or go. Just very minor inconveniences. Great sunset views from the balcony. Thankyou.

Steps from the beach

House is a great spot, just know there are a lot of stairs and street is very busy. Communication was excellent with the Manager of the property. House is well stocked and great beach chairs, umbrella and wagon.

Holmes Beach Condo

This was such a nice condo, really spacious, great location across from the beach. We really enjoyed being able to walk across for breakfast in the am at the beachside cafe and music each evening at sunset. We had everything we needed inside the condo as well, including W/D, well stocked kitchen and beach items. Close to every kind of restaurant you could want too! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful week on the Gulf

Perfect accommodation for our family of four. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Location is very busy, but it worked out well for us. Our teenage sons had some places nearby to explore. Grocery and several places to eat within walking distance. Beautiful views of sunsets over the gulf. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location!

What a great week of fun, sun and memories! The location of this house is within a quick walk to the beach. It is on the main road which is busy but wasnā€™t an issue for us. House is well stocked, very clean, roomy and the view from the deck is amazing! Location is center of the island making trips north or south quick. Ice cream shop, grill, bar and live music nightly across from the house at the beach. Excellent host communication. I would book here again!

Excellent location directly across from the beach, and it is nice that a wagon and umbrellas are provided. We used the balcony in the mornings and at night, some beautiful ocean views. Had an issue with the AC and owner was very responsive. Unit is spacious and close to everything (restaurants, shopping, groceries, beach). Only cons: kitchen utensils (such as pots/pans and spatulas/other smaller kitchen items) could use an upgrade, as could the bathrooms; AC unit is new but seems to be too small to keep up with the large floor plan on very hot days. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay here!

Place was just what we wanted. Location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach and cafe. All within walking distance. Free trolly right across the street to go anywhere on the island. House was clean and perfect for the four of us. View from deck was fantastic for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Made a great vacation!

The property was as advertised, centrally located and an easy walk to Manatee Beach. The place had everything we needed. It also offered a beach buggy, umbrellas and chairs, all of which was greatly appreciated. Weā€™d stay here again.

Great, clean, and convenient location.

Truly enjoyed our stay! Beach is about 100 yards from house. The rental was decorated very nicely, it was clean, and the beds/furniture were comfortable. Highly recommend and would book again if in the area again.

Great Location

We had a great week on AMI! The location is excellent- easy walk to the beach! If you have a beach wagon I would bring it as they only have 1 that has the big wheels the other wagon has the smaller wheels and it's harder to push in sand. Only a problem if there is someone else staying in the other unit and they take the good wagon. :)

Location is Everything!

This place has all you will need for your visit Including home and beach supplies! Location is fantastic. No need for a vehicle. Beach is across the street. Trolly (free) is also right across street and will get you anywhere you need to get to on the island. Host is very attentive, as well. Beautiful views of the Gulf!!

Fun In The Sun

Very bright and comfortable home that we enjoyed immensely! Lots to see and do in the area. Definitely recommend a stay at this property. Property is directly on a very busy road but once inside itā€™s fairly quiet. Could use some additional pots and pans but overall an excellent stay!
