Belle 2 chambres au 2ème niveau à travers la plage

Mis à jour 2 chambres à coucher 2 salle de bain, avec nouvelle cuisine et tous les meubles. Parfait pour 2 couples ou une petite famille. Les deux canapés s'ouvrent sur un lit vous donnant une zone de couchage supplémentaire. TV dans toutes les chambres, serviettes, serviettes de plage, draps, etc.
Le garage comprend une table de ping pong, des chaises de plage, un parapluie et un wagon. Vous avez 2 ponts, l'un à l'avant et l'autre à l'arrière. Le gril et le pont sont utilisés pour les deux niveaux.
La plage de l'autre côté de la rue dispose d'un bar, d'un restaurant et de divertissements nocturnes.

Great space and location able to walk to everything. Place was clean and fully stocked. Hosts were responsive when we had trouble getting our streaming services and helped us resolve issue.

Access to beach was easily across the street. Great view from the balcony. The beach house was clean and supplied well, in addition to beach chairs and cart. Host was very responsive. We had a great stay.

I cannot say enough nice things about this property. We had easily accessible parking, clean & comfortable accommodations, an amazing view of the beach from the balcony, all needed utensils to use the kitchen & grill, a ping pong table as well as accessories to make beach time more relaxing. Parvenah was an amazing host. Communication was great and she is so nice. Very highly recommended. I noticed some mentioned the traffic out front. It is busy, but it is not distracting. However, if you prefer more quiet, there is a balcony and yard in back that is calmer and has more breeze.

The host was great…the place is well decorated and plenty of space. We cut our stay short because there was too many steps to climb. If we were going to stay for a week we could have lasted but we were supposed to be there for four weeks…too long of a time knowing we had a climb…our host did ask if we wanted to move one level down but again it was too much for us to handle.

Sorry you had to cut your vacation short. Many of the houses on the island are elevated. If you had let me know that you just had a medical procedure i would have teminded that you chose the top floor unit and that is written in the description. I did offer you the larger lower level at no additional charge that would have been one less set of stairs. Thank you Parvaneh

Best vacation ever! This location is perfect and the house is magnificent. Owner responds super quick and check in/out was a breeze. Beds were super comfortable! Would definitely stay there again!

Great Property!

This property did not disappoint! Great location, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs, and the list goes on. The outdoor shower was an added bonus to spray off after the day at the beach. We definitely plan to stay again in the future. It was a perfect vacation!!

Holmes Beach Condo

This was such a nice condo, really spacious, great location across from the beach. We really enjoyed being able to walk across for breakfast in the am at the beachside cafe and music each evening at sunset. We had everything we needed inside the condo as well, including W/D, well stocked kitchen and beach items. Close to every kind of restaurant you could want too! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful week on the Gulf

Perfect accommodation for our family of four. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Location is very busy, but it worked out well for us. Our teenage sons had some places nearby to explore. Grocery and several places to eat within walking distance. Beautiful views of sunsets over the gulf. Would definitely stay here again.

Steps from the beach

House is a great spot, just know there are a lot of stairs and street is very busy. Communication was excellent with the Manager of the property. House is well stocked and great beach chairs, umbrella and wagon.

Loved Anna Maria Island

The property was as advertised, centrally located and an easy walk to Manatee Beach. The place had everything we needed. It also offered a beach buggy, umbrellas and chairs, all of which was greatly appreciated. We’d stay here again.

Great, clean, and convenient location.

Truly enjoyed our stay! Beach is about 100 yards from house. The rental was decorated very nicely, it was clean, and the beds/furniture were comfortable. Highly recommend and would book again if in the area again.

Place was just what we wanted. Location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach and cafe. All within walking distance. Free trolly right across the street to go anywhere on the island. House was clean and perfect for the four of us. View from deck was fantastic for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Made a great vacation!
