We are within walking distance of the public library, Toronto Blue Jays spring training camp, and one block from the famous Pinellas Bike Trail. The town center is one mile away on the bike/walking trail. Honeymoon Island is 7 miles north, and Clearwater Beach is 5 miles south. The Community Center is 3 miles away with a splash park for kids, pickle and tennis courts, classes, and a workout facility. Brand new construction (2023) this one-bedroom apartment has a private entrance, a private patio, and parking for one car. Room darkening shades on the windows to ensure peaceful sleep. The bedroom can be set up as a King bed or 2 Extra Long Twin Beds, depending on your preference. A fully provisioned kitchen, beach towels, umbrella, and beach bag are provided. The house is well insulated from sound and weather with central air and heat. Guests have access to a private entrance through their own private patio and a private parking spot right near their door with no steps. We assist guests in getting settled and are available via the Airbnb app for anything they need during their stay. Dunedin is a lovely and vibrant town located about 30 minutes from Tampa. It is situated on the beautiful waters of The Gulf of Mexico. While it is a quiet and attractive seaside location, it has a vibrant arts, music, dining, and micro-breweries scene. It features an active and cultural social environment with annual events such as The Scottish Games and the Toronto Blue Jays spring training camp. Beach Trolley clearwaterjolleytrolley (dot) com goes to Clearwater Beach. It's a one-mile walk to downtown Dunedin. There is no street parking on Douglas Ave; however, there is on the side streets.
