Hermosa villa con el rey y la reina master suites, dos habitaciones dobles y tres baños. La cubierta de la piscina totalmente examinados se encuentra en una posición que se pone el sol continua y se completa con tumbonas y una barbacoa. La zona de la piscina privada con vistas a los bosques y el hermoso lago Clear Creek.

La villa combina una gran piscina, con vista a un hermoso lago todavía es muy privada, con un hogar lleno con todas las comodidades modernas, como televisión de pantalla plana de TV, Playstation y juegos. La villa fue completamente remodelado y pintado en marzo de 2015.

great villa in a quiet area. would highly recommend to families and couples. spacious and spotlessly clean with a nice sized pool. kitchen is large and there is plenty of storage in the villa.

Another lovely stay at the Lakeside Villa

This was our second visit to the Lakeside House. We visited in 2024 and enjoyed our stay so much we booked again for June 2025. We love the villa which is very private and has beautiful views overlooking the nearby lake and is situated in a very pleasant neighborhood. From the lanai, we saw many birds, ducks, squirrels, rabbits, wading birds, numerous turtles and even an armadillo. The house itself has everything one could want in a holiday Villa and is extremely comfortable and spacious. Ideal for families, groups of friends and couples, as we are. As well as easy access to all the popular theme parks, there are lots of nature reserves nearby including Lake Louisa State Park, Lake Minneola State Park, Oakland Nature Reserve, Wild Florida, in addition to other nearby places of interest. The house is a great base for visiting all local attractions. Many thanks to the owner and to the house management company. We unreservedly recommend this accommodation.

Peace and Quiet

The villa is in a primarily residential area. There are very few other rental properties nearby, which is part of the reason it’s so quiet. The previous review that describes the door lock is accurate, but we didn’t feel it was a major concern. The villa is very comfortable, good beds, efficient aircon, lots of very useful kitchen facilities and a good washing machine and dryer. The furniture is relatively new I think and good, however the flooring could do with being renewed, particularly the carpets which looked very old. We had a small problem near the end of our rental period where the door lock code was changed remotely and we had to contact the management company to get back in. This was sorted quickly but if it had been late at night I’m not sure we would have had such a good outcome. Only three sunbeds for upto 8 people but then there isn’t a lot of space to fit any more. Communication with the owner was excellent and we thank them for letting us stay at their home. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay at Pebble Creek.

Great place for families visiting Disney

Very nice home, with lots of space for friends and family! Beautiful pool/patio area, with great views of pond , wildlife, and very private and peaceful.

Never Again

I’m glad I arrived before dark to see the neighborhood and surroundings. We did not feel safe when driving through this subdivision. Houses were very close together and people’s possessions were stacked up between the houses. This house is located in the back of the subdivision, there is a pond on the one side but the house on the other side is very close. A truck was parked in the street infringing on the driveway making it difficult to pull in and pull out. Two houses down, there were 2 men in the garage hanging out and yelling at dogs wandering around in the street. After entering the home I noticed you could see daylight between the door and the door jam, when locked it was very loose and did not feel secure. Both strike plates on the door and the jam were secured with only 2 screws and were loose. Behind the strike plate on the door jam it looked like wood putty was used and painted over to repair the door jam. There was also a mark on the outside molding of the door about a foot below the door handle. I immediately emailed the owner and began my search for a new place. My daughter and I packed everything up & left within 1.5 hrs of arriving because we did not feel safe. After exiting the subdivision, approximately a mile down the main road, there is a strip club. Photos & videos were sent to the owner and VRBO. The owner will not refund any of my money.Other issues: Old worn towels, sand in main bedroom dresser drawers, carpeting very old, sticky floor, etc.

Grandma's Christmas gift to family

This property fit our needs to a T! The property was only 12 minutes away from the Theme Parks as well as shopping. The pool was an added bonus after a long day after the park. All the convivence of home. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Overall everything was good. Communication with the host was excellent. Very prompt in responding to messages! The house was great. The pool area was great. We enjoyed the view to the pond and watching out for the gators. There are lots of places close for eating out and a Walmart close for grocery shopping. It's about 35 minutes away from the Disney Parks and about 40 to Universal Studios. I was a little surprised that we needed to buy some supplies that all the other VRBO's I've stayed at have supplied. We were provided with 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, some dishwashing soap, and some soap in the bathrooms. Anything beyond that we had to buy at the local Walmart. This was stated in the welcome letter I received before going (The letter said 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 dishwasher tab). So, I did know before getting there and we were prepared to go shopping. So overall it wasn't really a big deal because we planned on shopping for groceries anyway. Overall we enjoyed staying there for the week and would recommend it to others!

Lovely villa

Just returned from a weeks stay in this villa. This formed the 2nd part of our Florida holiday (first week we stayed in hotels). The villa is amazing! So big & spacious. Perfect size for 4 adults & 2 children. Villa was nice & clean when we arrived. The girls LOVED the pool & the games room. Kitchen is well equipped & did make use of the washer/dryer. Villa is in a good location, far enough away from Disney/Universal to make the restaurants better value but close enough to drive to. Good location for shops/outlets/restaurants/supermarkets. Sadly didn't see any alligators in the lake next to the villa, despite looking a lot! Did see cute turtles though. The hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. Hopefully we can stay again in the not to distant future!

Great villa for families!

We stayed in the villa for 9 days and had a great stay there. The house is so cosy and the pool area is wonderful. Well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having the water nearby and saw alligators, turtles and birds. Mireille was quick to answer when we had a question and also helped us find our daughters lost teddybear after we left - greatly apprecciated! We would love to come back some time.

Beautiful Waterside Villa

On arrival at the Villa, we found that the house had been prepared to a high standard and exactly as described. It is spacious and clean and contains everything one could want in a holiday villa. There were only two of us staying but the villa could easily accommodate eight people. The lanai was probably our favourite part of the house, containing sunbeds, a small swimming pool, dining table with chairs for “al fresco” dining. To us, the location was excellent – overlooking trees draped with ‘Spanish Moss’ and a view over the small lake. We saw the alligator on a number of occasions, the turtles, the little fish, the squirrels, and lost count of the number of wading birds we saw daily. (Don’t forget your binoculars). The villa is situated in a lovely area, near to shops and easy access to nearby attractions. A perfect holiday home for friends and family or for couples just like us. Amazing. Thank you.

Wonderful house close to everything.

We had a superb stay in this lovely house. The living space was perfect for us as a family of 4 adults. The pool was great for cooling off whilst watching the wildlife at the lake. The house was clean and nicely presented. Set in a nice quiet location only a short drive to shops, restaurants and the parks. I would definitely recommend the property. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and were very helpful.
