Superb 5 bed 3 bath home located in the quiet Silver Creek subdivision. Just refurbished and decorated throughout in Feb 2021. Sit back and relax in the covered lanai with your own private heated pool and spa ( additional cost for electric heating) with views of the lake and conservation area. The home is fully air conditioned for your comfort, with every convenience you need for a vacation here in the Orlando area, with Disney only 15 mins away.
The owners have just completely refurbished and tastefully decorated this home in Feb 2021. Families with young children will love this home with the themed kids rooms. There is a pack n play and highchair available for use.
There are 2 master en-suite bedrooms with King beds. A further 3 themed bedrooms each with twin beds and the third bathroom.

Great stay

Great place for the whole family. Plenty of bedrooms, towels for bathing and swimming. Close to Orlando and so many activities.

Great place at a good value

We had a wonderful time staying in Florida and this place was a great fit for myself and 7 friends. Very clean and pool and hot tub were very nice.

Stayed 7 days. Great area if you have no kids and want a quiet area. Also a great area if you have kids. Very kid friendly

Great place for family getaway. Close enough to the parks but far enough away from hustle and bustle

Steve and Dee were fantastic to work with. Our trip was literally last minute but the house had everything we wanted. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Themed rooms were wonderful plus.

Nice location.

We were looking for a place in Clermont near Lake Louisa. This was about 15 minutes and worked out well.

Lovely

The home was lovely. I especially loved looking out from the back patio. Wonderful view. It was a perfect location with groceries nearby restaurants easy access to our planned activities. Great experience overall 👌

Great place to stay, lots of space!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The 5 BRs made it easy for everyone to spread out. Kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. There are plenty of towels for the pool. Great location, about 20 mins from Disney, and 40 mins from Universal Studios. Check-in was very simple and had great communication with the host. Will be back to stay!!!! The house is just as described in the listing.

COMFY COZY SEASIDE STAY

IT WAS FOR 4 DAYS 3 NIGHTS THE HOUSE WAS ROOMY AND CLEAN. POOL WAS WARM WE ENJOYED IT. A FEW THINGS NEED REPLACEMENT I.E. ADDITIONAL FRYING PAN, & THE POOLCOVER ROLLUP WOULD BE HELPFUL. OTHERWISE THE KITCHEN WAS EFFICIENT . IT WAS A COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT. ALSO THE HOST WERE HELPFUL AND CONSIDERATE AND PLEASANT. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Family vacation

The property looked like the listing. It was spacious. The kids loved the pool area. The management was responsive and helpful whenever needed. The dryer didn't work and they had it replaced by the next day. Our only cons, it could use some new beds in some of the rooms and you can not adjust the air (it has to stay on 72) for us it was too warm. But for our 7 day stay is was a good property for the price.

Disney Trip

We booked this for a Disney trip. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood and the furniture represented the pictures. The pool and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed it after long days of walking. However the home was not cleaned properly and was quite dirty. It appeared that it was barely cleaned and just a simple change of sheets and towels. The floors, showers, and kitchen had lots of built up dirt.the cleaning was not what I would have expected and was quite disappointing. Would not recommend if you prefer or keep a very clean home.

The place and location are great. It just needs a little TLC. The pool and floors could have been vacuumed. If you look under beds, not very clean. the pool guy does not vacuum pool. a few screens broken, bedroom closed door off the hinges, as well as air filter should be changed. We had to fix one toilet as the first time flushing it was broken. Bought part at Home Depot.

Relaxing home for Disney trip.

Our family went to disneyworld and Universal. Stayed at the house. Enough room for our entire family. Easy check in and check out process. Was very easy to get a hold of management property who responded to our questions quickly. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day at the parks. House was clean. Would stay here again.

ruined vacation

the ac was broken for three days the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms made so much noise that you could not turn it on one of the small beds was broken none of the tvs in the small bedrooms did not work the hot tub and the pool had broken filter covers we sleep in the heat for three days while we were there the ac was never fixed i have asked for a refund for some of my money but so far that has not happened

Close to the parks . Close to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay there.

I could see work had been done to the property. I would suggest have the rugs professionally cleaned.

Was great!

It was everything we were promised. There's plenty of convenient shopping in the area, and very close to a Wal-Mart. Plenty of restaurants too and souvenir shops. The AC wasn't working great, but we didn't get around to calling it in. The place is very spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings in the living room. 3 full bathrooms was very handy for us to get ready faster. The location is a reasonable distance from Disney. I couldn't get the master bedroom TV volume to work at all, with would have been nice to unwind at the end of the day, but again I did not call for service. The lake behind in the house is pleasant, with cute birds coming and going...

Thanksgiving Vacation

The property was clean, conveniently located to all major attractions, and accomadating to a family of 12. We were all comfortable. The pool was nice and the view to the pond was beautiful. I would stay again.

Great renters

Really nice home in a wonderful area close to everything!!! We loved the view of the pond from the pool! Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We did have an issue on our 2nd day with the air conditioning but it was resolved in a timely manner. We WILL stay here again!!!
