Située dans l'aménagement exclusif de Punta Ballena, qui abrite la célèbre Auberge Esperanza Resort, la Casa Maravillas présente un design d'inspiration coloniale et comprend quatre chambres spacieuses, toutes dotées d'une salle de bains privative. Trois des chambres sont situées à l'intérieur de la maison principale, deux d'entre elles avec vue sur l'océan; La quatrième chambre, appelée casita, a sa propre entrée et se trouve dans la cour. La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon offrent tous une vue sur l'océan et sont parfaits pour recevoir.

La cour arrière est conçue pour ceux qui recherchent l’ombre et le soleil; vous ne voudrez probablement pas partir. Il y a une terrasse couverte idéale pour la sieste ou la lecture de votre livre préféré, ainsi qu'une palapa en plein air où vous pourrez prendre votre café du matin ou votre petit-déjeuner préparé par l'un de nos chefs. Vous avez votre propre piscine chauffée priv��e et jacuzzi ainsi qu'un barbecue à gaz intégré.

Les clients ont accès au club de plage de Punta Ballena et au spa & restaurants Esperanza, situés à quelques pas. Des sentiers de randonnée et des courts de tennis sont également à votre disposition. Stayed here May 14-21 and the property is as advertised. The view from the pool deck was awesome. The restaurants and beach club views and food were top notch. Will defiantly stay at this house again.

Wonderful stay at Casa Blue Fin. Gorgeous, well appointed and spacious home. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Easy access to beach and close to town. Concierge was super helpful. Highly recommend!

Even better than expected!

The photos and descriptions of this heavenly property did not do it justice. From the arranged pick up at the airport to the daily concierge service, we were delighted with the service we received. The house itself is well appointed with luxury sheets and well stocked kitchen and bar area. This place is first class. The views and pool area will entice us back for another visit. We were surprised to find a handy golf cart to use around the neighborhood and the proximity to the Esperanza was perfect for cocktails and sunset dinners

But honestly, almost no need to leave the home as everything can be brought to you by lifestyle villas. Wonderful time in a fabulous home with a beautiful view and spot on amenities. The concierge service was so helpful in planning dinner reservations, excursions, grocery delivery and in-home meal preparation. We will definitely be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second Spring Break at Casa Maravillas. Everything about the property is amazing. The villa is beautiful and is a great set up for families. We loved having our own pool with an amazing view of the ocean. You can see whales while in your lounge chair! The villa comes with a golf cart, which we used everyday to go to Beach Club or the Auberge pool. My kids also loved feeding the fish at the Esperanza. It's so nice being in the Punta Ballena neighborhood with lots of options for pools and restaurants. Everyone with Lifestyle Villas is super helpful and goes out of their way to make your stay amazing. We will be back!
