Belle coutume décoré Ocean View Villa à la fantastique station Villa La Estancia à Cabo San Lucas. Asseyez-vous sur le grand balcon et profiter d'une vue de la plage Medano et les célÚbres rochers de la pointe de Cabo San Lucas. Détendez-vous à la piscine gigantesque avec bar swim-up, cinq bains à remous, ou la plage Medano baignable.

Cette villa de luxe de 3 chambres a deux grandes suites de maßtre avec lit king size, un coin salon et de grandes salles de bains avec baignoire à jets. La chambre d'hÎtes dispose de deux lits doubles avec une salle de bains. La grande salle dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, salle à manger et un salon joliment meublée avec un grand téléviseur à écran plat. La quatriÚme salle de bain complÚte est hors de la grande salle. Toutes les chambres ont 42 'téléviseur à écran plat. Le balcon est un véritable «vue sur l'océan" balcon qui traverse toutes les chambres et comprend un bar et d'un réfrigérateur. La Villa est au quatriÚme étage et a un accÚs gratuit à Internet sans fil.

L'installation La Estancia comprend un centre de fitness entiÚrement équipée, un service de conciergerie et l'excellent restaurant La Casona. Le site dispose d'un excellent service de spa complet, des courts de tennis, et le marché.

Downtown Cabo San Lucas est Ă  seulement quelques minutes d'excellents restaurants, des boutiques et bien sĂ»r, la cĂ©lĂšbre vie nocturne. de golf de classe du monde se trouvent Ă  proximitĂ©, et la pĂȘche est incroyable.

Condo is great. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the views from the balcony. Curt was very helpful and replied promptly. Property restaurants and even the convenience store were horrendously overpriced - wanted 90 for a 12 prosecco for example- so much so it detracted from my enjoyment of the resort. Lounge chairs by pool very scarce even after holiday crowd eased. Great location on Medano Beach but a long beach stroll or 15 cab ride to town or marina.

Better than the photos

This property is better than the photos which is rare! Not only was the condo itself clean, pretty, and well stocked, but the resort's customer service was top level. Excellent food, pool side care, spa and beach services. The concierge was helpful in all ways and the VRBO communications were excellent.

Everything was great. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The condo was beautifully appointed, nicely stocked with everything you expect plus nice extras such as spices, paper products, coffee filters and beverages to get you started. Fun with friends

Three couples visited and stayed in the villa together. There was plenty room for all of us. The outside space was amazing with a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. The pool was amazing, although we spent most of our time in the sand at the ocean. We loved the location of the villa and were able to walk most lances. If we did take a cab it was only 3 a person to go into town. We absolutely loved Cabo and the Villa Estancia. We will be back!

Family Summer vacation

Our family stayed here in August during the off season. The facility is fantastic with the beach, pool, tennis, dinning all included. Even the balcony of the room, which overlooked the pool was a great place to relax when it was hot or in the evening. The apartment itself is exceptionally well designed for a family vacation. While it was very hot in Mexico in the summer, we really enjoyed the lack of crowds and ability to hang out at the pool or beach or even get dinner reservations whenever we wanted.

We and another couple bought a villa at La Estancia in 2004 and have enjoyed every minute of our time there. We bring family and friends and have had many relaxing, fun, memorable trips to Cabo.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Villa La Estancia is in the perfect location. Very close to downtown Cabo San Lucas with excellent restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet not 'too' close. Close to world class golf courses and fishing. A short drive to either San Jose del Cabo and Todos Santos with art shops, jewelry and more restaurants! Cabo San Lucas is isolated by the Sea of Cortez and at the end of the 1000 mile Baja Peninsula. The people are friendly, the golf is great, the food is excellent, and English is prevelant. We have always felt safe and welcome in Cabo. Cabo is a special place in Mexico.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our typical day involves having a coffee on the balcony watching the ocean and cruise ships coming in, and catching up on email. Then a good workout at the fitness center and then it's off to the beach or pool. Lunch at the pool, beach, or just down the beach to Tobasco's or the Office. A little jet ski or parasail, then it's Time For Cocktails at 5:00 before heading downtown for another great meal. Unless, of course, we never made it out of Tobascos. Then..........

The next day is for golf, fishing, a trip to San Jose or Todos Santos, or maybe zip lining or an ATV trip if you're feeling rambunctious.
