Need to update the description. States 1-bedroom, den apartment, under Highlights it states 2 bedrooms? When we arrived, the unit had extremely high musty odor. Coffee pot burner was rusty, exterior fan/light not working, no exhaust fan in bathroom. Under Services: Housekeeper included (was told you would have to pay for this service - not included). Washer/Dryer was located in back of property in garage, dark and dirty. Also listed an Deadbolt lock (not what the industry calls a Deadbolt). Television was dying, worked on/off the entire stay and died two (2) days before we left. I would state it is a great location.

Sorry you were unhappy with the property. I flew down and stayed there after you left. It was musty when I arrived (AC and cieling fans were off) but as soon as I turned it on, it was fine. I usually leave the cieling fans on low to circulate the air, but I guess the cleaners or you turned everything off when you left. Housekeeping services is not and never has been included, I'm assuming VRBO put that in the description because I never did. As for the TV, you did not let me know until the day you left. I had a new tv put in while I was there, 2 days after you left. I also sent a new porch fan with light 2 days after you contacted me about it, the beginning of your stay, and it was installed 2 days later. I also replaced the coffee pot while I was there. We are always willing to make things comfortable for anyone staying in our property and if I was notified of the issues, I would immediately try to fix what I can. As for the 2 beds, the queen bed in sunroom is a pull out sofa bed. Sorry you did not see that.

Perfect spot

This "bungalow" is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. We stayed 3 nights and they were wonderful. The location CANNOT be beat. A quick walk to the beach, a hop and a skip from Flagler Avenue! 8 minute drive to the Garlic! The bed was so comfortable! We'll definitely be back!soincrediblycomfortable!

Cute cottage close to the action!

We loved this cozy little place. It has all the necessities for a relaxing stay. And it is close to the beach as well as close to all the action on Flagler Street. We would definitely come back here.

Location Location

This location is perfect for anyone interested in parking their car and walking to the beach, for a cocktail or a meal which was our number one motivator. Comfortable cottage with a tiny bathroom and shower.

Great location!

This was one of the best locations yet in New Smyrna Beach. One block from the ocean, one block from Flagler Ave and all of the nightlife. We enjoyed the front porch in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The house was clean and comfortable, the neighbors & back renter were friendly. We will definitely be back!

Stress Release

The cottage steps from the beach, surf as well as restaurants, bars and entertainment provided my husband and me with just what was ordered...relaxation. Comfortable with all the necessities we found necessary. Being a short drive to our daughter and her family in Port Orange provided the family time we so enjoyed.The neighbors are friendly and helpful as was sister Debbie. we will consider this spot for our next stay!

No heat our entire stay, host not attentive. Not clean, stained slipcovers on furniture. Moldy shower curtain, peeling paint, rusty and frayed furniture on front porch, bathroom door didn’t close. All around very disappointing experience. Would not recommend

We enjoyed our first stay in NSB. The cottage offered perfect accommodations for 2. We loved the easy access to the beach and the town, and especially enjoyed the covered front porch -- a great spot to start the day with a morning coffee, or end the day with your favorite night cap.

This is probably the BEST place we have EVER stayed in NSB! You can walk to the beach and to the local restaurants on Flagler Avenue (via the backyard door)!!!! I would recommend this 100% and plan to book again for next year! The beach bungalow was cozy, clean and BRIGHT!!!!

Great little place

Cute little house! Perfect size for a couple. We had everything we needed for a nice long weekend away. We walked to nearby shops and restaurants. Super close to the beach. Small town feel with friendly neighbors. The owner is responsive and was accessible if we needed anything. Would definitely rent again!

What an awesome vacation rental. Linn has everything you may need. You can tell the rental is well kept and updated. She was great. Perfect.

This small one bedroom/one bath house was just what we were looking for when staying in NSB. It was a perfect price for the amount of space for two people, with a very clean, well appointed kitchen - being able to cook made us feel right at home. The laundry facilities were great for us. The porch has a cute sitting area with a fan, which we enjoyed each evening. The location and set-up of this home is PERFECT. Being a block from the beach and so close to Flagler Avenue (the gate in the back yard puts you right on Flagler) is awesome too. We were able to buy/rent any beach equipment we wanted, cheaply, a block from the house. There is an apartment in the back portion of the house but the renter is very quiet (and available for assistance if needed!), and the neighbors across the street were very nice. The home owner is very attentive and promptly answered our questions. We would definitely recommend this space to others and are already trying to figure out if we can schedule another vacation!

This was a very nice, recently renovated property.

We stayed here for a month. The property was as advertised and perfect for two people. It was clean, had a nice outdoor porch with plenty of parking. The location is perfect for those who like to be close to stores, restaurant and the beach. You can walk to everything. Laundry is available which is great for extended stays. The owner provided quick responses to questions and concerns. New Smyrna Beach is a great beach community.

Great location and nice clean place to stay

This place is a small one bedroom with sleeper sofa, so plenty of place for 4 people. It has everything you need and so close to the beach and Flagler Ave. Just walk through the back gate and you are on Flagler Ave. No need for searching for parking - you are right there. Great deal beachside
