Dvosoban stan površine cca.60 m2 nalazi se u prizemlju zgrade koja je izgrađena je 1964 g ,a renovacijom 2019 g. kompletno su izmjenjeni svi podovi ,pregradni zidovi, stropovi, vanjska i unutarnja stolarija,te kompletne instalacije vode, struje i klimatizacije.
Ovaj apartman je smješten na idealnoj lokaciji zbog ulaska u grad s autom i javnim prevozom, a blizu je glavne gradske jezgre i brda Marjan. Također se laganom šetnjom kroz hlad i drveće može pristupiti gradskim plažama. Kao domaćin mogu Vas uputiti na par dobrih lokacija. Želim Vam ugodan odmor.
