My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were exactly as decribed, were comfortable and cozy, close to everything such as the airport, the Vegas Strip, shopping, and restaurants. The host, Ivan, is great at communicating and even provided us with information about bad weather that came through during our trip. I wish we could stay longer. Thank you, Ivan.

This is a great place to get close enough to the strip or Freemont Street without all the traffic and noise. It is a quiet residential neighborhood. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the host provided many essentials, and more. I will book with Ivan again when I return.

We stayed for one night at this peaceful and quiet oasis in Las Vegas and it was just what we needed. After all the noise and busy energy from the Strip, this place felt like a real calm escape. The space was clean and comfortable, and we settle in very easy right away. Everything we needed was there, bed was super comfy and whole place clean and smell fresh. It had nice relaxing vibe.Best part was how quiet it is at night, we sleep really good which is not always the case when traveling. Check in was simple and host was easy to communicate with.Overall, really nice short stay if you want something calm and private in Vegas. Would definitely come back again.

Didn’t want to use because there are cameras watching and pointing towards the hot tub

For clarification, our outdoor security camera is used solely for property security and covers only a portion of the backyard. The hot tub is completely outside the camera’s field of view and is not recorded or monitored. We value our guests’ privacy and are always happy to answer any questions before booking.
