This property offers a colorful and funky modern vibe with updated furniture and decorations. The home is located in Berkley Michigan. It is close to major cities (Birmingham, Detroit, Hazel Park etc.) and only a 30 minute drive to the airport. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood off of Woodward and only a 5 min drive to Beaumont !


We like to give our guest space to enjoy their stay. However, we are always available to guest when needed!

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Self-check in will be available through a smart lock. The code will be sent the morning of your stay. Please note, in order to get to the front door of this home you must walk up a flight of stairs. Shared Laundry is located in the basement of the building.


This apartment is part of a multifamily building. Other guests or tenants may be in the other apartments during your stay. There is free parking in the parking lot in the back of the building. There is a shared laundry area is in the basement in the building.

The light in the stairwell was broken from my very first night until my last — and I stayed there for nearly two months. The host did not fix it, despite me asking multiple times in various communication platforms. I had to climb the stairs in the dark every single day. I am unable to attach a video, but I did attach a screenshot. I also did not have a properly functioning stove. One of the burners did not work. The host did mail a lighter to try to help it ignite, but that did not work, as the flames were blazing and unregulated. The host never fixed the stove knowing that it still did not work properly. Not to mention, the refrigerator was touching the side of the stove/oven so when I arrived, the fridge had burn marks. Therefore, realistically and safely, only one burner was working on the stove. The ceilings were so low in the bathroom and parts of the kitchen that I would hit my head when trying to use the toilet. There was garbage in the backyard surrounding the property. There was possibly mold growing in the shower ceiling. There was a point of more than two weeks when I didn’t hear back from the host at all regarding my concerns. If I had not needed to receive ongoing medical treatment, I never would’ve extended my stay.
