This cottage just steps away from Marine Street Beach in La Jolla provides relaxation and comfort for your ultimate dream vacation for a family or friend retreat. Enjoy a beach day, walk to the local shops and restaurants or relax on the patio for a home cooked bbq while watching the sunset. The luxurious home will be the perfect place to create magical memories.

This three bedroom, features a master with a king bed and a walk in shower, two more bedrooms with a king bed in one, a queen in the other and a shared full bath with shower. All three bedrooms have a television. This house also features a newly remodeled kitchen, a dining table, a family room with an exquisite view, and outside dining table, barbecue, and gas fire pit.
Other amenities include beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrella. Tastefully furnished throughout, the ambiance is a welcoming space to indulge in after a day of adventuring!

This prime location allows you to enjoy all the amenities La Jolla has to offer including the beautiful beach just a short walk away.

Wonderful family memories created.

The house was perfect. Lovely decor, spotless, fantastic location and you can't beat the ocean view!. The beds, pillows and bedding were luxury hotel comfortable. All the grandkids wanted to do was go to the beach-luckily just a block away. We hardly used our rent car. Hopefully we will be back!

We had a beautiful week in La Jolla thanks to this wonderful home. The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of five. Just steps from the beach, our daughter’s had a wonderful time on the sand and in the water. We loved being so close to town. I recommend Better Buzz for coffee! Ann was responsive and helpful leading up to and during our stay. The garage parking was essential for our two cars. We loved our stay and will happily come back. Thank you Ann!

It. Was. Perfect! Closer to the beach than we thought. We spent more time hanging out at the house than we thought we would, it had such great vibe. We bbq'd while we watched the sunsets and hung out with family. We will be back for sure. It had everything we needed and more. Ann was super with communication.

Great spot!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful property. It was as advertised, very homey, with lots of kitchen supplies and super comfy beds. The house has ocean views and nice outside space for sitting and BBQing—a great place in a fantastic neighborhood with an outstanding walking score to both the beach (less than a block) and town (two blocks). Ann was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this seaside home. Everyone had a favorite nook for reading, lounging and napping; the kitchen was well appointed, beds were super comfortable, and we took advantage of both the indoor and outdoor fireplace. Of course, being less than a 5 minute walk to the beach was a wonderful bonus! Very walkable distance to the village, for shopping or dining. Ann was very response when questions came up. We’ll stay again when next in town!

This place is everything and more! The views are amazing and it’s a 2 minute walk to the famous marine street beach! The house has all the amenities you need and nicely remodeled and set up perfect for all kinds of families! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ann was great and responded quick to any questions/needs. We will most certainly be back! Thank you again!!

La Jolla comfort

Location on Marine Street is perfect view to sunsets, beach and shopping. House is very clean and well cared for with all the amenities we expected at this price point. 3 bed 2 bath but plenty of indoor/outdoor space for hosting large family dinners. Owners were available to provide guidance when needed and super helpful. Beds were soo comfy, kitchen was great. There are downsides to all VRBOs but I couldn’t complain. Yes the garage was too short to fit my SUV with roof rack, but plenty of room in driveway. I’ll be back soon I hope!
