Great Location

This place was really nice, very clean, and everything you would need for your stay. The pool was amazing it was clean and the water was warm. The owner responded very quickly to any questions and was very accommodating. The location is close to the beach, and I would recommend staying here.

Close to downtown Clearwater

The property is in a great location. It’s really easy to get around from there. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the closet was amazing! The sectional sofa was super comfy! The patio overlooks the pool so it’s very convenient. A great place to stay!

Wonderful Holiday Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property over Christmas break. The property was very clean, the bed was super comfy and the neighborhood was quite & peaceful. We go to Clearwater often and will definitely book this property again. The property manager was on top of everything and a great communicator- we had a seamless check-in. Beautiful and quiet place to stay at, everything is clean, neat, labeled and organized. The pool is big and also close by, but we spent most of our time at the beach which is not far away either. Clearwater is a great area. Lots of things to do and see.—So many parks and trails. Our rental property was very comfortable, and the owners followed up very quickly with the few minor problems that we experienced.

Location was wonderful. Size of unit was perfect! Proximity to the pool is ideal but can get loud with the kids ( I didn’t hear in the unit but one night on the porch was loud ) kitchen had all the essentials !

Vacation getaway from April 10 to April 22

Our host was wonderful! Easy check in and check out. The place was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. My wife liked the shower area because there was a chair she could use to sit on. The washer and dryer was convenient to use. Really close access to the heated pool. Close drive to Clearwater Beach. Clearwater vacation.

We were very happy with the unit and the complex. We liked the location as it was between all the beaches we wanted to visit. The unit owner did a great job providing everything you would need while there. She had beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers along with floats for the pool. She provided shampoo and soap for the shower. Again, we were very happy with her and her condo.
