Very large 1BD, 1BA Ocean Front Complex, Ground Floor, Wifi, Hdtv, Large pool

This family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St Augustine beach (Crescent Beach). The condo complex is directly on the beach front. The condo is very large at 870 square feet. As the unit is ground floor with easy access to your vehicle there is NO ocean view from inside the unit. An ocean view can be seen a short distance out the rear sliding glass door across the pool deck. A private boardwalk over the protected sand dunes from the pool area leads to the beach.

The unit has a large kitchen with full size appliances including a side by side refrigerator, stove with oven and dishwasher. All cookware and dishes are provided.

The condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit located on the ground floor with a king size bed. A queen size sofa bed is located in the living room.

The unit was recently updated with brand new quartz seashell countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom was taken down to the studs, retiled, new toilet, lighting and vanity. The entire unit was repainted and the furnishings were replaced.

It was a good stay. There was construction in progress on the exterior of the building but did not really affect much other than patio access. The owner let us know ahead of time so it was no surprise!! Definitely planning a return trip!

Nice spacious condo on the beach. The beach is nice and the condo is fully stocked. The owner advised on day before arrival that there was work being done in the complex but she did not think it would impact our stay. Unfortunately on Monday morning at 8am they started chipping the old stucco off our specific condo with what sounded like a jackhammer. One of the crew took his lunch on the front porch. The towels in the bathroom smelled like stale cigarette smoke when they got wet and the bathtub did not drain well. I would think about staying again once the outside work was done.

Thankfully it only impacted one of your 3 days with us. This unusual renovation will be completed this month and Will not impact future guests. Thank you again for staying with us.

Yes we found the place in very good condition. Very clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to change the bifold doors….none of them stay on track. Another suggestion would be to trim the area out back so that more sun comes in and the view would be so much better. Otherwise great!
