About this property

This family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St Augustine beach (Crescent Beach). The condo complex is directly on the beach front. The condo is very large at 870 square feet. As the unit is ground floor with easy access to your vehicle there is NO ocean view from inside the unit. An ocean view can be seen a short distance out the rear sliding glass door across the pool deck. A private boardwalk over the protected sand dunes from the pool area leads to the beach.

The unit has a large kitchen with full size appliances including a side by side refrigerator, stove with oven and dishwasher. All cookware and dishes are provided.

The condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit located on the ground floor with a king size bed. A queen size sofa bed is located in the living room.

The unit was recently updated with brand new quartz seashell countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom was taken down to the studs, retiled, new toilet, lighting and vanity. The entire unit was repainted and the furnishings were replaced.

On the beach!

We throughly enjoyed our few days at your condo. Had everything we could ask for. Beds were comfy, condo was clean & updated. Loved that the beach was right beyond the swimming pool. Augustine attractions were just a short drive away. Stringy recommend the Augustine trolley for sightseeing 😊 Thanks, Levi & Jeanie

Quiet Location

My husband and I rented this unit for a month. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The unit is well stocked. It is located in a great location which is close to everything but at the quieter end of the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I so enjoyed the condo. It had everything I needed, stocked more than any place I have stayed in. Just a short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay again.

Great place

We have never stayed here before. The host was great. When we got there it hadn't been cleaned. I call Cindy and she got someone there right away. The place was perfect for us. Being able to walk and see the ocean was amazing.The host was great. I would highly recommend staying here.
