3 Bed 1.5 Bath in great neighborhood! This family friendly/ pet friendly home has all your needs for a comfy stay. The kitchen has updated appliances and new cookware for all of your cooking needs. The downstairs family room is a great space to watch a movie or the game with in-wall and in-ceiling surround sound. On the back patio you’ll find a new grill for those nice summer nights.
Here you have easy access to 93 and a 15 minute drive to downtown or the airport. You’ll have a 20 minute walk to the red line. You are steps away from the Neponset River, Finegan Park, and Pope John Paul Park. Multiple playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts near Tenean beach. Walking distance to restaurants, a distillery, a winery, and Boston Harbor with great views of the skyline. Less than 5 minute walk to Planet Fitness. This home is a great place to come back and relax after exploring all that Boston has to offer!

A great place to call home

This home was perfect for 4 people to stay comfortably for a full week. Relatively quiet neighborhood (considering you are in a big city). Only thing inaccurate on the listing is there isn’t a hot tub. Neighbors were nice, and the grill out back was very nice to have.

We chose this location as a center point for our vacation to Boston, New Hampshire, Maine, and Rhode Island. For a family of four with high school and college aged kids, it gave us the space we needed to spread out but also be together. We did have a parking issue due to construction on the nearest streets to our spot. But Ron was very quick to respond and suggest other locations for parking. The construction itself also posed a noise issue but that’s not the fault of anyone here. Was very easy to get to all of our destinations from this location.
