Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker.
Half Bathroom: Conveniently located on the first floor.
2. Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Second & Third Floors)
Each bedroom is designed to offer privacy, comfort, and flexibility for larger groups:
Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: King bed, bunk bed (full over twin)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bunk bed , crib
Bathroom: Spa-like retreat with premium toiletries, plush towels, bathtub, and shower
Third Floor:
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, bunk bed (full over twin), and one twin bed
Bathroom: Features both a bathtub and a walk-in shower for a refreshing experience
Guest Access
Self Check-In: Guests can check in via the keypad for a seamless experience. The entire apartment is reserved for your exclusive use.
Pets: Your furry friends are welcome!
Parking: Two on-site parking spaces are available. Additional street parking may be accessible, and other spaces on the property may be used depending on availability.

Additional Information
We live nearby and are available via phone or Vrbo messaging to assist with any questions during your stay.
Extra Guest Fee: After 5 guests, an additional fee of $25 per guest per night applies.
Pet Fee: $35 per pet per night.

A security camera is installed at the entrance for your safety.
Smoke alarms and essential safety features are installed throughout the property.
Registered Guests Only
The property accommodates up to 13 guests. Bedrooms are opened based on the number of registered guests.
Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and will not be allowed to stay. Occupancy may be verified using security cameras.
No Parties or Events
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
No loud talking, music, or gatherings after this time.
Violations will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Disclaimer and Liability Waiver
By staying at this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
Liability: The host is not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss/damage to personal property during the guest’s stay.
Damages: Any existing damage must be reported and confirmed at the time of check-in.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay.
Deposit Use: The host reserves the right to use all or part of the security deposit to cover any damages. Additional charges may apply if costs exceed the deposit.
Zero Tolerance for Police Visits
Any visit from law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund.
