Guest Access:

This is a non-smoking room and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home, please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools. Lot of restaurants nearby. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Close to airport, taxi, uber and rental cars

The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Vehicle will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.

Great location. Away from the nightlife in downtown MB. Only complaint was needs a little updating. Matress had dips in it and the outdoor furniture some needs to be replaced. And the rugs needs cleaned or replaced.

A great view and easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and operational. The terrace was a really nice space, but some of the furnishings (both inside and out) were well worn. Be aware that the terrace is open to all the others on both sides, so it's not exactly a private space - but still nice.

The door code wasn't provided in the emails/texts. The host never answered my calls and I had to call VRBO directly. After 20-30 mins, I was sent the code. 60% of the lights and sockets within the room didn't work. I would not recommend the offsite property mgmt company for this location.

Getaway weekend

We had a very enjoyable stay! We came down on the spur of the moment for our 9th wedding anniversary and the accommodations for the weekend were perfect. I would defiantly stay here again

The room was as pictured. After booking my non-refundable stay with Big Fish Rentals I was asked to sign a five-page rental agreement. There were discrepancies with towels on agreement that mentioned & was told to use the email as addendum. No hair dryer as stated in listening. Upon arrival there was a black box with a sticker that said if you see me text this number. After a bit & no response response, I reached out to Julie only to find out it is at ozone machine. I told her the room smelled funny & after googling, learned that the property should have been aired out after using machine which it wasn't. Received a phone call the next day and they wanted to know if they could come into the property to pick up the machine when we weren't there and I told them no. It was picked up not long after. Mon we were told water was going to be turned off, due to boiler replacement on Tue 8-6. Had to find something to do for the entire day. I said I find it hard to believe you didn't know ahead of time they were replacing the boiler in the building. It happened again on Friday they had to fix something & were turning off water at 8am. After conveying my frustration to Julie multiple times & request on compensation for these issues she said she would send it to the team for review. Their compensation was a late checkout for Fri. I said they were turning off the water at 8a.m on Friday what good would that do anyone? Response was it was out of their control. Never again.

Decor was cute but the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was dirt/dust all over the bottom baseboards. The floor behind the couch next to the lamp was filthy. The pull out couch mattress was awful. Nothing but springs. We couldn't use it and one of us had to just sleep on the couch. The TV was broken so we went 2 days with no TV until it could be replaced. Electric fire place was also broken and remotes for both were cracked and buttons clearly broken. AC was less than adequate. We had to buy a fan for the room.

Well, let’s start off with the communication was great until we arrived and was not given the code for an hour after we were supposed to check in after paying extra to check in early. They did give 25 back after fighting with them for the hour of standing in front of the room. The pictures on the Internet are inaccurate. I also hope you like the person that you’re sitting beside on the couch because it is broke down in the middle and you end up on top of one another. Also, the patio furniture is disgusting. There are spots all over the couch. All the cushions are gross. There’s a cigarette burn in one of them, and the canopy on the other piece of furniture is dry, rotted and in pieces. I would not ever stay at this place again.
