We spent a week vacationing in Hilton Head. The house is beautiful, well taken care of and our family of 19 had plenty of room. The walk is short to the beach, which we needed for two three year olds. During the end of the week the children would rather be at the pool than the beach. The pool is clean and very inviting. There are plenty of pool toys aged appropriately for anyone in the house. We ate in almost every evening. From experience, the grill was new and kitchen was well furnished. I hope next family coming in has a wonderful experience like us. Brandy’s response time was always returned in a timely manner. She was a wonderful host.

Our host, Brandy, was wonderful! So quick to respond and answer any questions we had very quickly. The home had everything we needed and felt cozy and comfortable. We celebrated Thanksgiving here and loved every minute. You cannot beat this location! We had our 88 year old dad with us and the elevator was perfect!

This is a very spacious and clean house. The bedrooms are good sized with nice linens. Two laundry areas are convenient. The kitchen and living room had lots of room. The decks around the house are amazing. The deck outside the kitchen door had a table and chairs for many. There are many games to play for both adults and children. The pool was a good size and felt private behind the lovely trees and bushes surrounding it. In the garage we found many beach toys, including boogie boards and chairs. The house is only a short walk to the beach and a playground. The host was available both before and during our stay to answer questions. There were 13 in our extended family and we found the place to be wonderful!

Family golf and beach trip (96 year old mom who still plays golf and walked up to the 3rd floor several times a day) 3 generations enjoying Brandy’s beautifully decorated comfortable home!!!!!

The house was a great fit for our family with generously sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The living areas offered many places to gather or relax on your own. The pool is a great feature. The location was fabulous - a short walk to the beach, and restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The owner was timely with information and responded quickly.

Beautiful property close to the beach

Beautiful house with plenty of room for 4 generations of our family, ranging in ages from 8 months to 77 years old. Pool was perfect and provided a refreshing way to end the day. Elevator worked great for our elderly parents.

The perfect beach rental

The property was exactly as advertised and beautiful. We had 5 families for a long weekend and we never felt crowded or on top of one another. I loved that each room had its own bath and the game room downstairs was perfect for the teens. It was a few minute walk to the beach, which made it easy for people to come back to the house for lunch. I would 100% stay here again and I recommend it for any large groups.

4th of July In Hilton Head

Property is even better in person! Great location 2 min walk to the beach, Loved the large pool and balconies. Communication with the owner was smooth and quick. They were helpful with any needs. Would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for a large family gathering. Comfortably housed 4 couples and 9 children ages 4 months-10 years old. Location was a very short walk to Burkes Beach which was beautiful. Kids swam for hours every afternoon in the pool (FYI in mid May the pool needed to be heated which is a rather steep additional cost. Didn’t see that information when booking) convenient to grocery stores and had enough equipment to cook all meals in which we did with 9 children. Grill was in pretty rough shape but all other appliances were great. Beds were comfortable and towels plentiful. There were 2 laundry closets which were great for a big group. Loved the balconies off each bedroom and great room overlooking the pool. Every thing was very clean which is top priority for us. Brandy was quick to respond to any inquiries we had and very accommodating to allow us early check in since we arrived on morning flights. Would highly recommend this Vrbo.

Family trip

It was a great house. Furnishings very comfortable. Plenty of seating and areas to sit in. Had heating issue in game room and Brandy jumped right on it and took care of it. We all felt it was one of our best rentals.

HUBERPALOOZA 2025

This home accommodated our 3 families of teenagers very nicely. Plus grandmom who needed an elevator to manage the 3 floors. Large enough to give everyone privacy, and great gathering spaces when we were together. The pool and game room were a hit. Brandon, answered all questions in a timely manor.

Perfect for our extended family

Our family gathered here for a week (from several midwestern cities) to relax and enjoy each other. This house is exactly as advertised with plenty of rooms, bathrooms and amenities to suit all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed the great pool and quick access the beach. All together and in smaller groups, we took multiple day trips around Hilton Head and to Savannah. Access to water sports was excellent, so we enjoyed parasailing, jet skis and several different boat trips. Access to restaurants and grocery stores was quick and easy. All considered, this trip met or exceeded our expectations.

Main living area very nice and comfortable Furnishings all very nice.. Porches great..Kitchen sink has very low water pressure, which also affects dish washer.. Single bedroom really needs a new shower head.We enjoyed our stay and appreciated quick replies to any questions. Thanks very much

This house had plenty of room for our family of 14. It was lovely inside with enough bedrooms,bathrooms, family spaces. The kids loved the game room! And the patios/decks outside were a plus. Our family enjoyed the pool. The walk to the beautiful beach was easy. The location was close to groceries, stores, restaurants, and activities. Our host, Brandy, was accommodating and easy to contact. We liked the beach wagon to take our things to the beach, but wished there were some beach chairs at the house. Plenty of beach towels, though! We take a beach trip as a family every year, and our crew gave this house a thumbs up.

A perfect family

We recently stayed at this stunning beach house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect—just a short, pleasant walk to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sand with ease. The house itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated with new, family-friendly furnishings. Every room felt welcoming and comfortable, making it an ideal spot for our family vacation. The spacious porches were a standout feature, providing ample space for relaxing with a morning coffee or enjoying the evening breeze. One of the highlights was definitely the private pool. It was pristine and perfect for both kids and adults to splash around or lounge by the water. We also loved the game room, which was a hit with everyone. It had everything we needed for endless entertainment, from pool and ping pong to board games. Overall, this beach house provided the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create wonderful family memories. We can’t wait to return!

We just returned from an unforgettable vacation at this stunning 7-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom house on Hilton Head Island, and we can't wait to go back! This property truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the sheer size and grandeur of the house. Every room was generously proportioned, with ample space to spread out and relax. The master suite was nothing short of incredible, with a spacious bedroom, sitting area, and an enormous bathroom with a separate shower and tub. But it wasn't just the interior that impressed us - the outdoor spaces were equally impressive. The game room was a hit with our family, and the pool was the perfect spot to soak up the sun. And let's not forget the location! A short walk took us to the beautiful beach, where we spent hours lounging in the sun and enjoying the calm waters. Plus, we loved that we could enter the beach through the Marriot boardwalk, which offered a convenient outdoor bar serving food and drinks. The house is also conveniently located near a lovely park, perfect for walks, bike rides, or jogs. And with plenty of restaurants nearby, including fresh seafood across the street, we never had to venture far for a delicious meal. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook several nights during our stay. We cooked up a storm and enjoyed some amazing meals together as a family. Overall, we highly recommend this house! We will be back!
